I had a Shih Tzu for almost 17 years and lost her a week before we went into lockdown due to Covid. She has now been gone 3.5 years and I miss her so much. Then to see these innocent babies so scared and neglected is just heartbreaking. The worst of it is that you have to give them back for them to be mistreated all over again. The Government should enforce laws to prevent this sort of thing so the owners can be prosecuted. Thank you for at least giving these furbabies some dignity and love for even a little while. The best thing you can keep doing is helping dogs that need you, rescuing and rehoming the dogs that you can, and getting them vaccinated and spayed/neutered. Amazing what you do!

From WC USA, In the USA we call these places puppy mills where dogs are breed to sell as “purebred” puppies The parent dogs are kept only to breed to get the puppies to sell for a lot of money! Unfortunately a lot of people buying these dogs do not realize the horrible conditions these dogs and puppies are raised in and in many states in the USA the laws of the counties allow this to happen! So even in our country we will have to work harder to make sure the dog breeders are treating the parents to the puppies they sell humanely! So that is why people looking to buy puppies should really check out the dog breeders thoroughly!

My remaining dog has a short coat so he’s easy to brush. For clipping nails, cleaning ears, etc. one of us holds him supportively while the other one works on him. We’re both seated on the bed.
I think you should give these sorts of owners back all the matted fur with their freshly groomed dog. Maybe with a little ziplock bag with all the ticks. It might be illustrative to them.

I watch several of your videos and they are all very emotional for me to watch. However, this one with the Shih Tzu the three of them from me dog farm was just too much I have owned for Shitzu and they are the most wonderful animals. They are sensitive, loving, affectionate, and wanting to please. It just breaks my heart to know that these readers are so callous and just see them as money.
