Pigeon is one of my favorite poses to do everyday! I have to include it in my morning & evening sessions. It's just such a juicy stretch! Child's pose is a morning favorite of mine & I usually need something a little deeper for evening practice.

I love yin in the morning and this was a great opening for my old hips and back! My favorite pose is pigeon, though I take a variation, keeping my leg bent as opposed to straight. Easier on my SI joint.
Thank you for the class^^ I felt that my left knee is more stiff than my right knee. But I know I am doing better because now I can do poses that I can't do before.
I love me some you, Bird. Even when the sensation got intense I was still able to find deep relaxation. Your guidance coupled with how soothing your voice is makes this a great experience and after hard training sessions this is a perfect way to expedite recovery

this is the first intermediate video i’ve tried of your’s and i absolutely loved it! it was a lot more stimulating because of the deeper stretches and being able to meditate while staying in those stretches. thank you :)
This felt so good, and my sore hips and back feel so much better. I was wondering, though, if in a future video, you could do stretches that focus more on the hip flexors/psoas? I have a lot of tension there too, and it's hard to find good videos on RUclips for that.

WOW. Best ever. I have lower back pain. Running makes it much worse. I need DEEP stretches. I will be back🥰
