I’m almost done grilling a whole picanha using your video as a guide. Very clear and easy instructions to follow. The end result looked delicious! Thanks!
Looks almost like you did it over the coals! Its all in how you use the grill and timing! Definitely looks like it worked out well! Thank you for sharing your video! Support from New Hampshire!
Appreciate that! We are New Hampshire fans and we just visited in April! This actually turned out better than I was expecting! Fat cap got great and the sear worked out nice as well! Cheers!
I am with you Tommy! Picanha is such a good beefy steak! And I love that little bit of fat cap for extra flavor, especially like this one cooked! Cheers!
Good job Craig!! Here in Ontario Canada I use my Napoleon Gas Griil when the temp dipps below -5 but can't wait till spring to the Weber Kettle out !!!!!
Thanks John! This is the most I have used the gas grill in a while, but it was nice and convenient and I was trying to do cooks I would normally do on the kettle from what I have learned over the past 5 years. The reverse sear works well! Enjoy your spring and summer! Cheers!
I know you like meat more on the rare side but that looked perfectly done to me. Was that from Costco? Lancaster Costco had them last time I was there.
Thanks Dave! Yes, it went a little bit further then we normally go, but it was very tasty and made for some good leftovers! Our Costco has had them every time I have looked, which is nice! Cheers!

Had to Google Picanha. Looks very good, nice job. Need to get me some of that.
Costco carries them and it is a very beefy roast and a good price! Cheers!

Thanks Pete! Yes, this is becoming one of my favorites to cook! Love the flavor the fat cap gives! Cheers!
