Since you have primarily male patients, do you provide the men with the courtesy of having all male teams if they feel more comfortable with this. Many men do not want women to see them in these positions or to be in rooms while they are exposed. Men deserve to be able to be provided with all male teams.
DARK VADER Nope no little ding ding. Been humiliated by too many female cnas, scrubs and nurses. Two scrubs made unnecessary comments before even went back for surgery. That being said, at my age those 2 scrubs with the smart ,get to know you real well, were last 2 to have touched me before the surgeon and they took away a lot of my enjoyment for sexual relations with the love of my life. The doctor said may have retrograde ejaculation but still have sex. Let me tell you retrograde is not near as enjoyable. Thank heavens she loves me. Yes we can have relations but the procedure took a lot away from us. The laugh with their comment and wink at my wife to say they thought they were funny was inappropriate. That and a teenage cna who insisted she give me a shower (was law) and nurse in cardiac cath who went against consent form that said no groin consent then exposed me for rad techs and every other female in room and insisted to prep me when told no. These things have left a bad taste for female staff , that are not doctors, in the medical setting. Don't say they are all professional. They just like to touch and take pictures and laugh about out junk.So we agree with SJ and they need to provide men with male assistants and nurses if that is their choice. I will never allow a male cna or nurse to be in with my wife either.
MS KS what percentage are you at for having it done. I'm sick of waking up 4 times a night Having to really relax to pee. I have a really good Dr who said this is what I need, or the green light procedure
DARK VADER I still get up several times a night. But little better than was. I was every hour. Now 4 times night. When we travel I have to stop every hour if I drink anything. If not I can go 2 or 3m hours before stopping. My doctor didn't even explain what would happen or how many women would be in there. Told us may have to have it again. I will NOT if any females are present. Will be in writing ahead of time. And if necessary will tell them want my wife to chaperone. Good luck. There are so many men and women who do not want opposite gender in for any procedure where they are exposed. My wife is adamant against men. She has had her own experiences with men but got them rectified when she put her foot down. When she told them no way because she had been raped by someone she trusted they listened.

Look for another doctor doing this procedure. My husband suffered a lot from the procedure done by Dr. Bandi.
