You’re getting it dialed in every time you work on it/wheel it. Gotta love the process! The super duty is a great platform, STOKED ON 100K!! Congrats man keep up the hard work!
@thedirtheadshed I'm trying to lmao, just got a few things taking my money currently so I can't fix its little issues, it's a 77 ramcharger with a 360 and a 4 speed manual on 3/4 ton axles on 38s
Nice! Thanks for all the explanations on why you're fabricating stuff. I would have never realized the track bar bump stop would move without you welding in a stop on each side. I've been trying to learn all I can, having never really messed with 4x4s. Learning the why to do something is just as important as how. Thanks for sharing the knowledge.
Love this thing, especially for being a Mopar guy myself. Been following all the cool fab work and learning more. I admit I’m a little concerned about those fittings on the steering ram looking low and vulnerable, but I know you had other clearance issues with them going up. Awesome build Dave!!
Congrats on the 100k Dave. I say it just about every time I watch one of Your videos. You have a great deal of knowledge and talent. You deserve a nother 100m & I'm sure You will get them too. I won't miss any of Your content that I can promise. Thank's for all the hard work, Two to four jobs at once. Filming, fabing, editing & hosting. 😳😁👌👏👏👏
Louie Rocks!! I am happy for you that he is finally getting sorted out! He is a cool, unique ride that is worth all that work you have put into it. SWEET!!
Definitely needs T-tops, a camper shell and full walk through. 😂 This truck is so damn cool! I love seeing a full-size long bed put in solid work. Congratulations on 100k!
I feel your pain both in the knuckles and the bleeding issue. Recently installed a PSC ram assist and once it was all buttoned up fought it for days trying to get it to bleed out. Process of elimination finally discovered the brand new pump I put on it was bad. I had replaced the working factory pump with way to many miles to not replace while I had everything apart. Massive waste of the PSC fluid also. Oh well I that's all part of it I guess.
@@thedirtheadshed I run 44s and have the stock super 60 up front. The gears are weak/to small. The d80 is not much of an upgrade. Same weight rating and only 20% stronger gear set. The planetary gear 9tons can handle the weight of the f450, and the torque of the the 6.7 diesel due to the planetary gears taking the stress off the diff gears. Also I can get a better gear ratio. I currently have 6.17:1 and would rather have closer to 5.65:1 which is available in the 9 ton. Also they come central inflation ready and with air lockers.
100k! Congratulations, thanks for sharing and everything that goes into it, especially pulling double duty with a full time job. The variety is rad and I love to see the channel grow for ya, best wishes and take care.

You must have a killer low-low gear ratio cause the engine RPM doesn't have to be raised as much to crawl which means the engine barely using its rated HP and Torque . Both truck crawl so smoothly👍. Awesome Fab. Looking forward for the next TDS vlog.

Such a cool truck. The fab work is cool. Looks like it's almost perfectly dialed. Next?? Drive the crap out of it, and enjoy it. Good job

We are on the same page
Check out what they do at Basil’s garage. He’s done a few full size rigs with trays and they are sick.
If you do go this route, bob it too

Psc has the steering parts. Superlift makes the suspension.
That Louis ViTen is getting to be one hell of a nimble 250!
