I love old long case clocks like this with its bell chime. I much prefer these rather than the modern ones, lovely though they are. These have been loved by a few generations of families.
Yh Lets put 1000* commercials inbetween this relaxing background video , its really Nice to have sounds up high and hear the godloving sounds of the Nice commercials. Man this is the best thing ever. It is really not annoying or anything like that.

Likely around 18th-early 19th century is my guess. Apparently the maker was from Liverpool (I can’t read the name as it’s cut off at the top).
