I bought a Yerba matte kit a while back and I take the straw when backpacking. It has a perfilter and a mesh, strains everything except very small pieces which you don’t notice in your mouth anyway. I make coffee, tea etc and drink it right out of the pot with the infusion of choice in there. Clean out the straw once in a while and I’m good. There’s also JoGo straw, if you want to spend 4x what I paid for a Yerba matte one.
Kerosene is much easier to use than propane, I agree. I bought a multifuel stove from china, a Primus Omnifuel clone, that has served me well for years. Gasoline, diesel, kerosene, alcohol even. I brought it bicycle touring, camping and now i bring it along on work trips and on my travels, I cook right from my hotel a lot of times, except when trying out new local foods.
I like it, the french press, cool coffee ☕ set up 🙂👍
Coffee and the outdoors. That’s the life brother 😊
Awesome video as always Dana.

Greenwell farms is the best!
I prefer the French press. Coffee just tastes better made with it.
