- First of all the car driver blocks my freedom of movement then as per usual security threatens to call police, who never showed up.
The power station closed for good on 31st March 2020 after 47 years of power generation

There is a place near me where you can climb a hill (its Public) and film, Take Photos of all 3 power stations in a row on a good sunny day, before they knocked one down

A working power station still at that point which means that if you want to take photo's etc as you indicated. You go through due process so that you are expected and have relevant paperwork to show the Man on the gate.

the trespass law is you must be asked to leave this is civil trespass if you don't leave this then becomes aggravated trespass which is a criminal offence then the police can get involved.security should now this but as usual they don't or they just try to scare you

How can they build something so big like fiddlers ferry and say u can take a picture of this it can be seen for miles around I live about 15-20 miles away from the place and I can see it from here I can go to the canal down the road and see it perfectly also at the back of fiddlers ferry there's a public footpath along Sankey Valley canal if u go on that path your close enough to be able to throw a stone at the chimney and u would hit it

@Mark Turner Steve was asking whether the camera guy was actually trespassing, perhaps by mistake. He did seem to suggest that he was when he mentioned public access in a shot at a slightly different location. Not that it matters. As you say, it is a civil matter and he has to be asked to leave.
