not bad, but I find the Sirui tripods a lot more appealing. The one I've got experience with isn't a video tripod, but it looks to be as sterdy as this one, and a lot more flexible. It folds the legs up, so with a small head the total length isn't more than the longest section of the legs. Nice and informative video though!
Notice he didn't mention the "fluid" heads, which are not fluid heads. Seems odd that manufacturers can call a product something it isn't. I watched a video on B&H about tripods and the narrator actually said that some fluid heads don't actually have fluid in them. ???
where could i buy these in New York? Is there any discount I could get if i do a review, I'd like to buy the Monopod version first then the tripod if i like it
Can someone please help, I own a Benro aluminium tripod with the S6 head, I CANNOT get the head to come off, how the heck is it supposed to come off ??
ChrisBeBallin™ Did you check the little tiny screws under where you mount the head? There are typically little 'set screws' that are used to keep it from spinning off. If you loosen those screws all the way, you should be able to remove the head. Unless you have one of those models where it's actually part of the tripod.
Hi, how are we all? I just bought an aero 2 tripod. I was wondering if I could put an s4 head on there? I have a moveover 4 and wanted to put the s2 head from the aero tripod on there and use a s4 head on the actual tripod itself. Does anybody know if this possible?
I've just bought the S6 video kit for my canon 7D. However, the quick release plate? When you slide it on, you can't tighten the knob underneath (to the right) to secure the plate it as the camera is in the way? Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but so far this looks like an absolutely terrible design which renders the tripod useless...I hope I'm wrong ad there's something I'm not doing right.
MrCheesyCam Thanks, I appreciate your help. I just tried that and it does come out slightly, but there's still not enough room to tighten it as the camera base is in the way. I pushed the camera right to the front of the plate and there is now enough room although it still scrapes against the back bottom right edge of the camera. Is there a link to an online manual do you know? I can't find one anywhere...Thanks again! :)
MrCheesyCam Found the instructions, but they don't really help with this problem. Also now the centre column won't slide back down and seems jammed. Looks like I may have a dodgy one. Oh geez...
Where could i get the Carbon Fiber monopod, can't find it.
I have not seen one yet.
My S6 is too stiff is there a way to loosen the panning motion? no problem with tilting though
Is this the Aero 2?
Also if i buy the carbon fiber monopod S6, could i use on the tripod version, Benro A48TBS6 Video Monopod Kit with Head
Hi
How much better are tripod legs "Benro COM37A Combination Series 3 Aluminum" in comparison to tripod legs available with S2 tripod kit

Try pulling the knob outwards. it is spring loaded. You can reposition the knob so it doesn't hit the camera.

Great monopole, crap heads as they are not smooth and fluid like others
