Thanks for the video. BIG HELP. We replaced the one on our May 2017 made Edge with a Bosch Spectrum DirectFit 15 R1521. Made in China of course. $13 at O'Reilly's. The Bosch has the same method of snapping in place as the blade that originally came with the car. We had replace the original rear wiper blade 2 years ago with the new OEM Ford design like yours. I had forgotten how it had snapped in, so your video was just what I needed to see to remove it. The Bosch snaps in securely to the original wiper arm. FYI. It appears Ford used at least two different rear wiper arm/blade designs for the 2017 Edge. Either that or they just went to a different design during the production year.
Worked! Found the exact wiper used in the video on eBay for $15.00. Used a flathead screw driver to pop the old one off. Had to use a bit of squeeze pressure to "snap & push" the new one in place. 'Preciate cha!

Thank you! I'm a retired mechanical engineer, and this was not obvious to me. I was even a program manager at Ford (not on wiper systems....). The Edge owner's manual does not even tell you how to remove that rear wiper blade. Other RUclips videos don't show that "pull out then snap down" latching system for the OEM blade. It's infuriating!!
Love your video. I have a Ford Edge 2016 and I have the same water condensation problem and I don't know how to open the part to take the water out. Will you tell me or make a video about it? Thanks.

Good how to video. Replaced the factory blade with a NAPA ExactFit 6-015-G simple push fit. ($14.00)
