Super inspired by your approach to yoga-style exercises!
I'm studying physical therapy myself (i get my diploma in February) and i really like your way of keeping the tempo and general "vibe" of traditional yoga, while making the exercises much more effective for actually building strength.
I'm definitely borrowing some of your approach in my own future practice!

I really appreciate this comment. Best wishes on your physio diploma and new career. The general public doesn't know the sacrifices, hard work and dedication it takes to be in this field!

I am so happy to have discovered your channel. I have been doing yoga for several years but have found some of the poses feel weird and hurt (even though I’m only 25). I’m excited to have found more of an evidence-based practice by a physical therapist❤
