In this video I am sharing with you how I make Ghee/ Clarified Butter that turns out perfect each time! Making your own is not only less expensive than buying at the store but also allows you to control the quality. It is much easier than you may think and it does not require any special skills or fancy equipment.
You will need only one ingredient which is a good quality butter ( I use organic ).
