Unsubbing, this is annoying. Put a real title if you want viewers over the age of 14. EDIT: obviously I didn't get clickbaited thinking this was levy's 3rd GM norm. I just wish Levy respected the audience enough to just title it, yknow, "Road to GM: 1000GM Invitational, Round 8/9 vs Kretchetov". but sure w/e pin of shame. im owned im so owned.

@@carbonatedmilk1 I was worried, I thought "GM" stood for "Generated Monsters", but then after I saw the end game game, I realized it stood for "Generating Menace".
GM is the only title that matters.
@@TheNeilBlack Forty years ago it was a whole lot less common. There were only 260 awarded by 1984. Back in 1950 when there were only 27 FIDE GM's, being one of the less than 100 IM's was a lot more impressive.

Hi levy, do you think you could keep the eval bar off on more of these road to GM videos? I really think it's better while I'm thinking about the position to not see the bar as well, it helps me think of why moves would be good or not.

I always think how to utilise bishop pairs efficienciently but in this game the bishops were kinda dancing bozos threatening the opponents rooks like a boss

@@Mirakelmannen yeah just figured I’d let you know bc I ran into the bot’s comment first and didn’t question it until I read a reply saying about it being a bot so I figured it had copied a comment and wanted to find the original to let them/you know, it helped with the ctrl+f function

Fellow anxious person here. Part of the random intrusive thoughts is always going to be lack of sleep & physical activity. These IM tourneys with two games a day look absolutely grueling, never mind the fact that instead of going home and resting and doing some light activity, you're going home and making recap videos.
It makes sense that these thoughts appear more often in the last few games of such intense events. Amazing performance despite the mental exhaustion!
