    Any camera can be a professional camera if given to someone who uses it for professional/paid work. I used the £799 Fuji X-M5 in 2 paid shoots (clothing campaigns) and it did well. It worked well because I had lighting. People should talk more about lighting instead of cameras and in my opinion, we should all invest in lighting and train ourselves more on it rather than obsessing on rolling shutter and what not.

    • @TheOneAboveAll_
      @TheOneAboveAll_ 12 дней назад +1

      There's a clear reason why you don't see Fujifilm at the Olympics or at national sporting events, heck if I showed up to a Corporate event with a Fujifilm I wouldn't be called back, lighting means nothing when your camera is focused on a eyelid

    • @alexanderchua
      @alexanderchua 12 дней назад

      @ There are cameras that are purpose built and there are cameras that will be good enough to shoot certain jobs such as what you mentioned, corporate. Try filming a corporate talking head interview in a corporate board room without lights.

    • @summonedfist
      @summonedfist 11 дней назад

      @@alexanderchua yeah but filming talking head interviews are literally the most least demanding things to shoot and can be done with pretty much anything. Bringing up lighting is sorta irrelevant at that point.

      Watch Gerald Undones review of the Z6iii and see how much of a hit the dynamic range takes. That’s why I didn’t recommend this camera. Nikon has a great camera with the Z8 but not the Z6iii.

    • @visionz_n_media
      @visionz_n_media 13 дней назад +5

      dynamic range is way overblown. I honestly can’t think of a single time, in the last 10 years, that dynamic range has ruined or limited a shot for me. If that’s the case, then Canon should’ve tanked years ago for having some of the worst dynamic range in the industry until lately.
      Also, the Sony a9 III and Canon R5 II have both suffered from reduced dynamic range due to their sensor technology, and yet they are still amazing tools.

    • @Shuan-t1h
      @Shuan-t1h 13 дней назад +5

    I’ve owned it for a while so will say at 15:42 about the catch of the R8, it’s the lp-e17 battery. It eats that battery like crazy and it has overheating issues at 4k60. It’s been a good clip camera, but I love it for a photo shooting camera but even then it will go through 3~4 batteries for every 1 or 1 ½ that the A7s3 or R6m2 uses for the same shooting time for photos and video.

    Any Sony camera that suffers from overheating especially the SonyA7IV is not really something I would call professional. I had the Sony A1 and the Lumix S1h on a wedding shoot. And guess which camera overheated out of nowhere.

    I am using three ZV-E10 as a studio cameras only. Don't care about rolling shatter issues because it's out of my use case. Simply perfect at an excellent price. I can record in ProRes HQ 4K directly via HDMI on my Hyperdeck Studio HD Plus even with remote control support. I am using everything manual with 7artisans vision and sirui night Walker cinema lenses. No overheating even with 4h livestream in hdmi and local recording in 4k.

    • @bastian.michel
      @bastian.michel 2 дня назад +1

      I'm very surprised not to see them featured in the video. The sensor's incredible speed makes it outstanding for video, delivering 4K at 120p without a crop and 5.7K at 60p. Still they offer 25mp - so you are not limited like with the ZV-E1.
      The IBIS is unmatched, ensuring smooth, stable footage even in challenging conditions. Additionally, the lens selection for Micro Four Thirds (MFT) far exceeds what’s available for Sony APS-C cameras, providing videographers with far greater versatility.
      It’s common for RUclipsrs to overlook the potential of MFT systems, but there’s a reason why Jordan from PetaPixel relies on the GH7 for nearly all of his video projects-it truly delivers on every front.

    • @Sorennn94
      @Sorennn94 2 дня назад

      @bastian.michel you're absolutely right my friend ! I couldn't have said anything better.Also there are good photo cameras (25 pixels in mft it's pretty impressive)...comparing the 2.0 crop factor with canons (for instance) 1.6 or Sony's 1.5 it's not big of a deal imo.

      @@pascalbaselHave you used the Z 6III? Or is your conclusion based off of another person’s opinion? I have the Z 6III and I don’t think I have ever had an issue with dynamic range. The problem with RUclips channels is that we always like to read technical jargons and not actually do or use things in the real world.

    Eine Frage: Kann ich bei der Lumix S5ll ebenfalls die ISO in V-Log ohne Probleme auf 12800 hochdrehen für tolle Nachtaufnahmen wie du es mit der A74 gemacht hast, oder ist die Low light Empfindlichkeit vielleicht sogar noch besser als bei der Sony? Würde mich sehr interessieren weil ich überlege die S5ll für meine Outdoor Touren zu kaufen bei denen ich keine künstlichen Lichtquellen zur Verfügung habe.
    Mach weiter so 💪👌
