I was honestly thinking that the Soy Milk one would be that the knife just sticks into the enemy at a constant rate, kinda like the Tainted Apollyon Birthright
I figured it would be as the mod does but in a higher fire rate (2-3 knives max) and lower damage while the knives spin for some extra hurtbox and flair
I got it. The knife becomes a bunch of tiny knives, each tiny knife individually deals a fraction of damage on its own. It doesn't really change much if you only have knife & soy milk, but It grants you a crazy high chance of triggering tear effects, which is the whole point of soy milk.
My guess for the weird knife movement at the end is soy + anti grav, seems like they may interfere with eachother. Atleast rubber cement keeps the knife in the room instead of flying off into nowhere!
i like how they made the anti grav synergy a good idea on paper but annoying and difficult to use in execution, just like the vanilla synergies for anti grav!
I wish there was an updated synergy for Ludo+Mom's Knife to make it less cancerous to use without homing. Like, if the knife was constantly spinning with a larger hitbox
Tech 0, sinus infection and even cricket's body should be in the Game as well, all of them are no brainer synergies that could easily have been in the Game, specially tech 0, considering that a similar efect is obtained with technology Edit: ball of tar one should be in the Game as well, as a readed in a comentary, It already works with mysterius liquid, which is kinda similar to ball of tar
As much as those synergy mods are awesome, I think he didn't need to make those Ocular Rift synergies so OP, normal tears don't have 100% rift spawn chance and for knife, it's really not necessary

I think the ocular rift should be a chance with moms knife other than guaranteed. Seems too op to me tbh with my he ocular rift being op with 0 or negative luck.

Im pretty sure that was fixed a long ago. You may have an outdated version of isaac pal, because the Soy Milk + Antigrav + Brim does shoot brimstone vortex constantly while firing.
I think i am asking on the wrong place but is it possible to use the R-Key multiplle times with the double aktiv card 🤔 because if it is and you have this you can unlock multiple good items in one run 😄😎. So is it possible ?

My guy, you gotta start pointing out when these things are mods and when they're updates. I keep getting excited that the devs put in new synergies, like what they did with Brimstone and Soy Milk, only to see that it's a mod.
