You’re not alone with your “get up and go” took me all of my time to rustle up enough enthusiasm to get the Christmas tree up and that’s not like me at all 🙁
Thank you for the trip around Frome - maybe I’ll get there some day. Love your treats, glad you bought them because otherwise once you’re on the way home, you would have regretted leaving them behind! x
Hi Jeanette I love your toadstool 🍄 mug and can see why you couldn’t resist it 😊and the little white bear is perfect for your dresser ❤ It’s been lovely seeing your weekend in Frome
Hi Jeanette I think the weather doesn’t help with the way we feel. Glad you had a nice day and managed to get out for a walk and treated yourself. My daughter and I had a pyjama day and did some crocheting. Enjoy your soak in the bath and see you tomorrow xx
What a lovely shopping trip you had - some beautiful purchases! And it really can make such a difference to get ourselves out in the fresh air - I’m glad you felt so much better by the end of the day. ❤
Hi Jeanette, Betsy seems like such a sweetheart. Frome seems like such a lovely area. There is nothing better than going out for a special coffee with a sweet treat. I can totally understand your frustration with this year’s Toft Advent calendar-especially after 3 days of ornaments. All of your other Advents have been absolutely wonderful. I just love your newest fabric choices.
Hi Jeanette. I think the blah feeling is traveling across the pond! Here in Ontario, Canada, I've been feeling rather blah myself. I'm glad you did get out, and bought yourself some things. This always makes us feel better. I just come in myself and managed to get some Christmas shopping done. I feel better already. I could just stand and look at that shop window, with the train, all day long. Such a pretty town. That little suitcase tin reminds me of Paddington Bear. Have a lovely soak in the tub and we shall see you tomorrow.
Hello Jeanette... Christmas blues can creep up on you unexpectedly.. its a funny time of year..highs ,lows and ho ho's..glad you're feeling more uplifted..tiny bears ..mushrooms and gorgeous fabric have cast their joyful spell ☘️❤️
Joining the lost my mojo club. I just can’t settle! I’ve been making little swatches for instant gratification 😆. You seemed so much better for getting out. Must be the retail therapy haha. So love the mushroom mug! Enjoy your evening ☺️
Hi Jeanette, this is really odd because I'm typing but nothing is showing on the screen. I've obviosuly hit a biutton on my new laptop and will get my granddaughters to sort me out. Enjoyed the vlog today and please excuse any typos!! x
Pastrie looks luscious. Completely understand the disappointment you feel about your Toft Advent Calendar. It seems like the second and third subscription from the same vendor is never as exciting as the first one. Please let us know what part of England Frome is in and if Catherine Hill is named after Catherine Howard or another famous "Catherine". The town looks so cute.
Beautiful fabric. I love the Kathrine Hill fabric. I really enjoy seeing the town with the narrow streets and shops. Hope you take us for a walk again.
❤❤a lovely place,,,,🎉
Thanks for getting us in the spirit,,,
Elaine 😍🏡
Material is lovely. Gifts to yourself really pretty and why not treat yourself

Yes I think a lot of people feel lack lustre at the moment and not very motivated I think its the lack of shunlight. It can only get better.xx
When my 3 year old grandson saw you hanging up your advent sweater he called it a "shirt stocking". He refused to call it a sweater.😅
I love the creativity

Tbh I’m not sure regarding the naming of Catherine hill. I’ll ask my daughter when she’s home.
Frome is in Somerset.
