Can I make a safety suggestion? If you’re using foam or adhesives you should wear a respirator that is rated for chemicals. It should have a carbon filter. I suffer from respiratory failure and it’s no fun. I got it from chemical and particulate exposure. Take care.
Just breathe more air /j
@@raul-aurelianserban8295 Just breathing more air won’t do squat when your lungs aren’t capable of oxygenating your blood and expelling your carbon dioxide. You just suffocate. A normal persons blood oxygen saturation is about 98%. Below 90% is quite low and make require oxygen if your body isn’t use to it. My blood oxygen drops into the 70’s when I’m asleep so I need to use a ventilator. It’s not only your breathing you need to worry about. I developed lymphoma when I was just 18 because I worked with chemical spray equipment. My step father used contact cement glue frequently and developed multiple myeloma because of that. So many noxious chemicals out there that people normally don’t think about. I know I didn’t until I got sick.
@RuthlessMojo Usually I would say chill they were just joking but that was a really stupid and tasteless joke. I'm sorry you are dealing with your medical issues. I hope you are doing well despite everything.
Loving the board builds, guys! I'll say it again- get a Proxxon hot wire table. Just do it. Board idea- Forest Moon of Endor. Complete with massive trees, improvised Ewok traps. Maybe a dead Ewok with his grieving friend. Not every board has to be for Kill Team!
probably not, but with the way YT algorithm works, GW stuff generates the most traffic and views and its a self-fulfilling prophecy as pointed out by other youtubers, so they HAVE to make warhammer content or clickbait for warhammer if they want the views, which is kind of sad.
Gotta love the Nick cameos.
But when do we get a SEAN cameo?
@The Raby u did too by watching the video
Pretty sure yt takes 60%
@theraby5315 Mad?
@@footrot17 Nope
I’m totally picturing a Deep rock galactic themed kill team match with some Leagues of Votan! Rock and Stone!!
I'll bring the hormagaunts
Did I hear a rock and stone?
ROCK AND STONE!
ROCK AND STONE!
For Carl!
Another fantastic board, I'm always interested in more natural environments. However, I still want to see something Eldar/Elf themed.
All those stalactites reminded me of Hoth, like icicles. I'd love to see you do a star wars legion hoth board. maybe using an icy blue clear resin to print features, then just a whole bunch of snow effects.
Or Misery's Peak from DDO...just needs ice spiders everywhere along with undead, cultists, and an ice devil
1) Jay’s ability to constantly improve in every type of hobby endeavor is unbelievable; 2) the music was really great this episode, perfect for the terrain building episodes
Another winner of a video dudes. Love the editing, the music, the funny bits and the finished product is brilliant. Great job as always.
Wow... that terrain blows the cave system out of the water thats offered by Warlock Tiles. Seriously every DnD table should have this set of beautiful terrain.
I'm literally working on a fungal cavey goblin encounter for my dnd game and this is perfect
I would love a necion tumb world where it's dark and high teck. I think it would look awesome.
Loving the board! A dirty sewer infested by genestealer cults would be awesome. Some sewer pipes, water features, walk ways, grimey details and various cult shrines
Amazing freehand at 2'10
True artist 🤣
Agree. Amazing. Great job there.
Waw!! Such a great ambiance ! Love the magical pool!
I was wondering how it was going to turn out after the yellow paint but you balanced it so nicely ! Thanks for the sharing
This is one of the coolest boards I’ve ever seen, it looks absolutely amazing 🤩 and that water, wow!! I love it and will definitely be trying the swirl ❤
Beautiful work! Loving the board series you have been doing lately.
I would have flipped the priming, and made it so it is the mushrooms that glows from under the hats of them :)
Stunning mate! Proper job 👍🏼
Absolutely love the monthly terrain and videos about it!
Gotta say, I'll likely never afford Warhammer at the rate some people can, but watching these crazy ideas come to life is just as satisfying.
Such a cool board! I absolutely adore the whole environment and colors. Great job!
You've singlehandedly got me into 40k miniatures and terrain and iv never really looked into it until I found your videos. Keep up the good work dude, love the content :)
Crazy idea. Print the parts with clear resin and back light them with LEDs to create a glowing crystal effect.
you guys and table top time are such an inspiration, seeing vids like this tempts me more an more to try more tactile arts as opposed to just the digital stuff Im used to
Good build, many uses, would be great location for a Jedi duel
I’d love to see you guys make a crazy intense Wyldwood with big tree canopies
Always with the groovy background jams, another solid choice
I enjoy the idea of multi tiered boards! Like lower caves or canyon on a separate section... This was so cool! Thanks for sharing
Your videos are great ! Really motivates me to create !
wish i could play on this, well done Jay!
Loving these awsome board builds!
Loving the diorama builds amazing work.
This is rad. I'd love to see the breached hull of a ship with Tyranid chunks outside.
That is a very neat board, usable in a number of game systems.
Clearly, you need to do an Adeptus Titanicus cityscape next.
I'd love to see Jay do a video series on Adeptus Titanicus, painting the mechs & getting a board built.
First time i have committed on your videos but i have to say you make some of the most creative stuff. Your videos help me come up with wild ideas and get me to try things i would never do with color all whole being humorous and fun to watch. Thanks for what you do on here.
Nice prints, say, have you ever thought to use a modified version that thus turns the inside section of some ship hangar, into something like this?
Like such a big warp collection of starships or perhaps a hivecity underground structure?
Eons of no maintenance and the water pipes/tanks/agroculture structures have gone leaky.
Orange, rust?
Some guardrails, perhaps?
Why not making several boards that could be connected?
Great board! Just a heads up about the modge podge pool, considering you did some what if a deeper pour than modge podge is intended for keep an eye out over time it might start shrinking.
Next time I would suggest using clear uv resin mixing alcohol inks in it to tint it if you don't want to use a 2 part epoxy resin.
well cool love to see a full 40k board
Cave
When you said magic mushrooms my mind immediately went to using stencils with the glowing spots to ad alchemic symbols inside of them either with florescent ink or having those be the only parts of the spots that didn't get the florescent ink.
As far as what would be a cool board, the problem i have with most fantasy city boards is that the buildings are too small in scale, I'd love to see an entire board that is a single larger ruined structure either some kind of fortification or a ruined mansion or chateau. Even a large inn should be at least a quarter of a square foot, assuming that 1 inch is approximately 5 feet 6"x6" would be 900 ft^2 where as a 1'x1' would be 3600 ft^2. So at that scale a 3'x4' board would be 19200 ft^2 or approximately .44 acres which for a crumbling fort is small the tower of London and it's attendant grounds is 12 acres but just the keep is approximately 150' on a side so 22500 ft^2 .
This is so awesome!
Oh buddy. This is rad. Hells yeah. I’m totes terrain chubbin.
Love this board!
2:32 #subtledick . Really like the cavern terrain, That is pretty universal..40k, AoS, Legion, Malifaux....would all play very well on that terrain. Nice work boys!
WOW ok fungi and Warhammer, my two favourite things in one amazing build! Super happy about this build!! :D
The blue on the mushrooms is how you know they are MAGIC!
Fantastic terrain as always!!! Would absolutely love it if you opened your own gameshop one day so the community can play on your sweet terrain or paint with you.
I love the natural luminescence that the board gives off after the soup 🍲 was applied!
Matrix 2: Time to Prime was a great film.
I've always wanted to make a titan repair bay, with a partially disassembled titan in it.
Looks great
the monthly board idea is wicked awesome! Thanks for all the awesome content!
Brilliant!
Looks great! I'd love to see a Lions Gate terrain kit. Marble, blood effects, rubble. Would be sick.
Epic board! Ready to see a Legion board 😁
Can't wait to see some games played on all these really terrific boards:)
A gigantic mine shaft kill team board would look very cool
That could be neat, like those vertical necromunda boards.
Full speed ahead! Aye Captain!
Thanks for the video, this board is absolutely nutty! I'm always so glad to see some more kill team action on the channel, love the enthusiasm and passion, what kill teams are you currently playing?
I would absolutely love to see your take on a "Greater Good" themed board :) keep up the good work, love the channel!
This looked excellent
loving the mushies and the pool of narcotics 😆👌
Just yes. Well done, everyone!
New channel logo! Also amazing work guys cannot wait for this years painting challenge?? :p
Awesome!
Nice multi level board! Im getting D&D under dark vibes from it! A space hulk style board would also be awesome!
Watching this while I’m also making my own scatter terrain for a Warcry campaign
Awsome definitely gonna use some of those techniques for my board. Though I do think you guys should do a space hulk/death wing inspired biuld with hanger bays and corridors to allow large armies through
2:34 "over here I gotta get an inch and a half somehow." brother, me too.
Love the boards. My idea is a hive city infected by grandfather nurgle.
background music is super sick in this vid!!!
Melting foam with fire is LIT!!
Awesome job. Ever considered a thin balsa wood plank painted black on the outside to frame the exterior and now have seams between foam boards show ? Modelists usually go for that in small dioramas (like plasmo's on youtube)
The idea for being on the bridge of a ship sounds epic
The starship idea sounds cool.
A Tyranid Hive Ship however, that sounds cooler (or just an imperial ship with loads of infestation and corrosion).
I feel like you guys really enjoyed leaving in the screeching noises from cutting the foam
"This is gonna be the board I'm gonna beat Sean on" - Every board build on the channel
Awesome Board! giving me a lot of ideas for that terrain.... Can you tell me what music was used at the end?
I wasn’t feeling that board until the orange went on, then I loved it
Amazing
My favorite natural terrain has to be "the giants causeway" it's just so pretty, I'd love to see a board of it.
Or somthing starwars related? Maybe an xwing map, perhaps with movable pieces to act as the asteroids and such
Jay, please can you do an ice/snow world with a Necron army slowly rising out of the ground? I always thought it would be cool for it to be on an ice plateau above a dam, relatively bare, potentially with some small snowy islands with some frosty trees. Necron Warriors under the ice, arms reaching out and probably a Necron Monolith rising out as well? I’m planning to do this one day but I’m scared… show me the way!
I really love this channel
Man clear resin might have been a fun idea for the mushrooms😏
with the orange it reminds me of Big Thunder Mountain in disney
I love it :)
Now that's a Titan base 🤣
I wanna make a playable d&d terrain with this like have a party of adventures find a steampunk spelljammer that had crashed eons ago have the interior of the ship playable and have the cave area playable and have the party fight their way through fungal monsters and try and salvage this ship (make it inspired by the nautilus submarine mixed with something from journey to the center of the earth mixed with mysterious islands)
Good luck Jay, you are going to need it playing Shawn. Thanks gents fantastic as always!!
i would love a huge dropped pirate-star-ship with a few decks & a scifi trainstation/ruin of it maybe
After watching a bunch of GorkaMorka, I'd love to see you put together a portion of the Ork equivalent of a hive city! Ramshackle buildings built up on top of each other, with rickety ladders, crude stairs, narrow catwalks, and maybe some tight alleyways to connect different levels and portions of the board. All set somewhere dusty, where the wind keeps stripping off the garish paint that is thrown all over the shops and barracks and whatnot.
that magical blue pool looks sick af meng
I could see some kind of giant carcass to fight inside of being a wild board. Massive ribcage, blood and gore everywhere.
Hope you hit your target. Would love to see your take on an Imperial starship bridge.
I always thought that the control centre of the Cygnus from the movie The Black Hole would come close provided it had a more gothic flavour. Level after level of operations stations, giant display screens hanging from the ceilings and massive windows on at least three sides. And at the centre a throne like Dias for the captain, with lower set stations for senior bridge officers and the executive officer.
You shoud do a winter snow bourd that will look amazing
This was so bloody cool. Ive seen this channel around for a long time but not dived in. I do find the use of resin printers a bit of a negative cos I'm not interested in that side of it but I'm definitely feeling inspired by what you're putting together jay.
Radium is killing it
Jay... You're cooler than a fan. Thats so cool
I think is very good for fantasy games too.
