      It is depended by your fat percentage low fat percentage can take carb after workout and higher fat % protein should be taken right after workout , other wise you will not loss belly fat percentage , he is right protein after workout glucose main convert hota h but wo hi amino acids glucose main convert hote hai jo glucose ka kaaam karte hai, agar aapka fat percentage jyada hai to glutamine ke Seth protein use kare or ye aapki insulin ko effect nahi karega

      fake protein मे होता है ऐसा क्योकि उसमे soya protein mix कर देते है .

    Thank you Paji. I've always told people that I dont feel like eating at all after a workout till the body cools down, I had shifted to this method of having a very high protein meal and been suffering recently. I think this has put me back on the path.

    Aap aadha sahi ho sir but research mai protein synthesis k baare mai btaya hai.
    Pre and post workout nutrition important hai to prevent muscle breakdown just after working out. Aur natural bodybuilders mai muscle breakdown ka rate bhot high hota hai with comparison to atheletes on steroids (high rates of protein synthesis comensates with breakdown). Aap right ho ki carbohydrates are important to replenish glycogen stores after and also before workout be it fatloss or be it bulking. And what we have to keep in mind is compensate for protein breakdown. So pre and post workout protein is as important as carbohydrates.

    If we daily do exercise on same time then after 24 hours we will finish our workout and it will be post workout drink time and this time will be of 100% increase rate of earlier days workout protien synthesis window . Bingo .
    Just eat or drink postworkout protien bcoz eventually it will be 100% increase protien synthesis window

    I have been watching your videos from quite some time and being a Cardiologist myself I can vouch that lot of information provided by you before is true and most accurate, however, I being forced by my conscious to point out here that some information provided by you in this video is inaccurate and/or is influenced by the studies which are not from the trustworthy sources. Since you and I are both from the same field, I am assuming you too must be aware there is a lot of false, inaccurate, incomplete and or improper studies are published over the internet and you yourself stated at the beginning of the video " internet if full of false information", and you are using the same person video (Thomas DeLauer) whom you have criticized in past and claimed that he publishing wrong and incorrect information in his videos, and now you just hoped nobody will remember or notice?! Coming to basic errors in your videos: you mentioned that protein will last resort for the glycogen, however, fat happens to be last resort for the production for glycogen and not protein and its always first carbs than protein and in last fats; secondly you mentioned protein shall be used for the production of the glycogen post-workout, it is true only in the case person doesn't take any carbs at all post-workout and just consume a protein shake. Most of the gym goers myself included take simple carbs after the gym and then consume protein and after another take another meal which includes some carbs and this is really a "Common Practice" and most gym-goers will agree with this. Furthermore, with the presence of amino acids present in the protein shake, the body doesn't go catabolic state and uses every bit of carbs present in the body before switching it to protein and since most of us are providing a regular dosage of carbs it almost never goes to Catabolic state.
    Dr. Paramjit: SInce most of your viewers will just trust you without questioning you doesn't mean you should make videos just for the heck of it and dinging into your medical roots. You are my senior and I value a lot of true and accurate information provided by you in lot of your other videos however of lately that hast been the case.

      Good to see objectionable critics... But please understand
      1. When carbohydrate levels falls in the blood a body first uses the glycogen stored in the liver and muscles and then slowly starts using fat and proteins both in a rasio... Fat much more then protein initially
      .. Then slow protein contribution increases..
      Check my video on science of fasting to understand the real mechanic how body goes to to proteins and fats for energy when carbohydrates are getting depleted

    Monday subah 7 bje workout Kiya to Tuesday subah 7 bje protein intake syn maximum hoga...Monday k bad so poora week subah workout k baad protein shake lege to wo bilkul sahi hai...aur baat rhi glucose levels ki workout k sath koi bhi electrolytes drink lelo(wo b sasta ata hai 300 ya 400 ka 1kg

    I don't take post workout shake.. but there are some clarification you didn't say here.. Whey protein is for increase the protein intake due to inadequate protein in diet as a substitute.
    Casein is still questionable in terms of its absorption unlike whey.
    Milk has a maximum of 3.7gm protein per 100gms.. which has no practical use if to meet the daily protein requirements that's 100gms for me.

    Today is 6 Nov , I have completed exercise at 6pm after 24 hrs muscle protein synthesis reach about 109%. To muje protein lena hoga. Because 24 hrs complete honge 7 Nov ki exercise k bad.

    What about so professional coaches that recommend post workout protein within half an hour.
    The rational behind this theory is that after workout there is surge in the Growth Hormone levels which promote the absorption of protiens(amino acids) we consume. Protein consumed any other time of the day would not be absorbed as much as it can after workout...all due to increase in Growth Hormone levels....kindly explain @drparamjeet

    So if muscle protein synthesis is the highest at 24 hours post workout (109%) , I can still take my protein shake post workout which will aid in muscle protein synthesis for the workout I did the previous day while tracking my macros and taking my reqd protein, carbs and Fats for muscle building or fatloss

    Suppose aaj 7 pm mene work out kiya. After 24 hoùr 7 pm time rahega jab mera 2nd workout khtm hoga. Protain shake half hour me absorb hota he. Fir protain lena kab he😥

    ऐसा हो सकता है कि हम banana shake प्रोटीन के साथ ले सकते है जिसमे एक चमच्च चीनी हो। जो प्रोटीन से पहले डाइजेस्ट होगी और उससे ग्लूकोस बनेगा और प्रोटीन से मसल।
