I am craving doughnuts from the past few days & then found this. They look so gorgeous, super soft, fluffy & amazing. I really like the glaze you made with cocoa powder, I thought you are gonna use melted chocolate but this glaze looks really interesting & yummy. Thank you Nyawira for that compliment. The oil here should be medium hot...when we are cooking we either use instant or dry yeast. Baking powder is an instant dry yeast, it does not need to be activated.
