    I tried doing this workout 2 months ago ane couldn't complete 6 rounds. I did it again today , completed all rounds and had more energy for a couple more rounds. It's amazing to see your body getting stronger. To anyone who couldn't finish it the first time , hang in there , you'll make it as you get fitter.

Now, the weather is getting cooler, I had incorporate this outside. Its a game changer. I barely could finish the last three rounds on 30 mins, but I am determined to get it done. Lost 18 pounds + with healthy dieting + other few exercises. Love the videos!

    I've been waiting for this day so eagerly to write about my experience , my journey like everyone does after their sessions. I started this 2 months ago. When my BMI was 30. I'd play his video keep it somewhere on my treadmill, and follow the instructions. For the last 60 days, he's been my instructor. No matter what, I was playing the same video again and again and again everyday. It always seemed to me like, every time it was a new day. A new run. A new instruction. I had to force myself so hard to make this happen in such short period. I was able to loose 10kg that means 22 pounds in 60 days. I would run for 30 mins everyday at the same time. I would maintain 5% inclination, 16kph every time I ran. And I almost ate nothing. No sugar ,no rice, no coke, no drinks. I'd take only 2 breads in lunch, one cup of milk in the evening and again 2 breads for dinner. And of course gallons and gallons of water, haha. If you're really dreaming to watch yourself fit again, if you really believe that, you don't deserve to be fat as you are now, than you are at the right place. And obviously, thank you sir for being my instructor, my motivator for these days.

    • @LeimertDreamer
      @LeimertDreamer 3 года назад +17

      Was with everything you were saying until you said you ate just a couple of slices of bread and milk. Not all weight lost is healthy weight lost. Have you been able to keep your weight off while also starting to eat normal again? I do not ask this question in judgement; just curious.

While I felt good; I barely saw any weight loss results. So today, I blasted as I hard as I could- am so thankful the video lasts as long as the workout. I don’t feel alone or nervous. I've used this video four times now and I'm so glad I found it! It was exactly what I was looking for to up my game at home. I also have a recumbent elliptical machine and I see you have HIIT for elliptical too, can't wait to try it out. BTW, I'm 51 years old and I was really encouraged by what you said about not having to do this daily. You gave me "permission" to give my body time to recover before doing another HIIT workout. At this point, I give myself at least four days between HIIT workouts. My dance classes are about to begin so I plan to do a HIIT with you once a week, I have three dance classes in one night for a second workout in a week, and once I'm really settled in with that as a solid habit I'll add strength training. I'm looking forward to seeing more videos from you! OH! and by the way, it's exciting to see that after four of these workouts they are already getting easier and my form is improving. It doesn't take long to feel the effects :)

    This was awesome! I used to run semi-competitively but the last few years I’ve been pregnant or going through IVF treatments with very rough pregnancies. I’ve been doing light cardio the last few weeks ago and got a treadmill for the house and was getting bored and am not as motivated as I was pre-kids but I decided to search for a treadmill workout since I’ve never done this before and just completed my first hardcore workout in several years. That was killer and so fun! Can’t wait to do it again later this week! Thanks for the motivation!

    Great workout! I was looking for a new treadmill workout and found this. I have tried HIIT workouts in the past, but the 3 to 1 ratio of rest to workout of this hits the sweet spot. My goal for April was to reduce 10 pounds instead I gain 10 pounds. My daughter is an excellent cook and home due to the corona virus. I’m using the treadmill that was collecting dust and run into your program, easy to follow and sweat a lot which motivates me to continue. Thank You. Love to have you as my trainer every morning. I tried my first HIIT workout yesterday and was pretty tired. I dont feel like I was doing it correctly not letting my body fully regenerate between resting periods. I was going at 9mph for 30 seconds but only resting for 30. Before this I was doing steady state cardio for about half an hour at 6mph until I heard how effective this was. Think I'll be heading again today to try it out this way with 90 seconds inbetween :-) also love how this video has a personal trainer style! Definitely subscribing 👍

    • @AbundantYou
      @AbundantYou  5 лет назад +2

      Great work! Exactly! The goal of a HIIT workout is to elicit as much of metabolic stress on yourself, that you possibly can in the shortest amount of time. Then allow yourself enough time to recover FULLY, however long that might be, in order to be able to push yourself at your 100% max effort each round until the workout is over. Most rounds should not be longer than 15-30 seconds, with as much rest as you possibly need. 👍💪
