HIIT Workout - Insane 15 Minute Treadmill Workout

  • This quick but yet very powerful 15 minute HIIT Workout on the treadmill, aims to maximize fat loss in the shortest time possible. #HIITWorkout #Treadmill #TreadmillWorkout
    Running on the treadmill can be easier than running outdoors, for a variety of good reasons. Treadmills give you complete control, enabling you to adjust the speed, incline, warm-up period, cool-down period, and amount of energy you expend.
    I recommend you try this 15 minute treadmill workout to take your fitness to the next level!
    I will be your own personal fitness instructor, motivating you to the very end of the treadmill workout!
    HIIT workouts - known as High Intensity Interval Training, are the most effective way to burn fat in the shortest amount of time possible. However, most people don't utilize this type of workout enough.
    It's recommend to perform a 10-30 minute HIIT workout 2-3 times a week, with 24 hour rest in between HIIT workouts, in addition to other variety of fitness activities.
    This treadmill workout video is 15 minutes of sprint training, going as hard as you can for 6 rounds of 30 seconds, spaced with 90 seconds of low intensity.
    We start the treadmill workout with a 5 minute warm-up and finish the workout with a 3 minute cool-down. Please make sure you do both to reduce risk or injury!

    Im 11 and my treadmill had the fastest speed of 12 mph so I done 1 minute run, 1 minute rest. This was very helpful 😁

    Just completed day 2 of my hiit workout and yes, my doctor said that I could do these workouts. I really enjoy this its my favorite. If it was any other workout, I wouldn't have stuck to it.     I remember I ran a 5k on a indoor triathlon. I did kind of the same with this training session but with the rest periods I continue to run at my average race pace. I do remember I finished the 5k in 13 minutes but I can’t remember the seconds. I was running top speed on the Machine for 1 minute and 1 minute average run pace and repeat. I remember I had 6 gym staff all clapping say that was a fantastic run.

    Absolutely hate it but love it ! Been doing it for about 3 weeks now and I was hardly making 6 Miles an hour on the treadmill now I'm comfortably up to 8 and doing my last 2 rounds at 9 hoping to go further within another few months .

    My treadmill is broken at max incline so I was scared to do these for a while, but I built myself up first walking then jogging at max incline and now I’m able to do this. Despite having asthma too lol wish you all great gains!

    I am just starting into HIIT workouts. I have done both your 15 & 20 minute HIIT treadmill workouts, both are great. The on thing I can’t seem todo is to increase my speed. I Spyro fractured my right leg a few years ago and really cannot run. How can I go about getting any more intense workout without increasing the speed 6 miles an hour? Or could you do a video using walking speed and incline. Thanks

    Dr Kev can you please do 15 minutes on the elliptical machine. And if you alternate each hiit work outs instead of doing both on the same day. Will it be work to lose weight or should I do both on the same day.

    Thanx Coach. Im 34 and the maz hr i get is 145 and then im sweating, out of breath and max on my treadmill. Is that a bad thing? I generally do CrossFit so Im above average fit. Your HIiT wods is helping me inn lockdown every other day. Im going to start inc6linea now but im on say 10 (wod 5) huge high 5
