Beautiful city with potential but there was 0 investment in it. Some mayors just don't give a sh*t. They must pave all those cute streets and restore the buildings and the park... that whole old city area should be for people not for cars, like in Sibiu.
Not sure. Many of the streets leading to the centre were blocked by bollards to prevent cars, but it was one of the most beautiful cities I have visited in Romania.
@@livinginromania it's beautiful but it could look so much better and attract more tourists. It's a wasted potential like many other cities in Romania. The main issue in my country is the urban landscaping, lots of mayors are clueless about it and maintain the cities in the old commie way.
