  • In this video I show you the live video filming set up I used for making regular yoga library videos.
All of this is mixed LIVE during the studio shoot using Ecamm Live, requiring only minimal post production
Using 3 different cameras, a Sony ZV-E10, GoPro HERO 3, iPhone 11, plus a Canon 6D for adding a high-level angle in post production.
Post production graphics & additional footage are made in Adobe Premiere Pro.
If you have any questions about the hardware, software or any of the process please leave a comment below.

That was fantastic! I'd watched many of your instructional videos, but wondered about the behind-the-scene details. Appreciate the walk-though.

I love it! Thanks for sharing. I have a zv1 I wonder if I can use it with a camlink. I’ll play around with that.

Thanks. Yes, Sony ZV-1 & Cam Link are a perfect match!

@@HelpfulPhil thanks! I guess it’s the HDMI mini that I need for that, right? Question will be if the HDMI mini would power my zv1 like the included cable does now when plugged to the computer.

@@olusobanjo a Cam Link connects to an HDMI cable with a Mini HDMI connector at the end which goes into your Sony ZV-1. HDMI does not carry power, you still need the USB cable for that - same as in my video. All on my Gear page, follow the link in the description.

All of the answers are in the video. My main video recording software is Ecamm Live - link in the description. iPad controller is using NumPad to make easy scene switching rather than clicking in the software. I'll leave a link in the description for that too.
