i do all of this but nothing has work yet. i almost factory reset my device but i didnt.....try this, go to settings>backup & reset>network settings reset< after that i connect to my wifi and im good to go.....hope it will work to you guyz sorry for my english im just trying to share it :)))

Switch to 802.11b / g on the Wlan mode router. This has solved the problem for me. I was 802.11b / g / s before. Greeting!

This seems to happen at only Marriott hotels for me (Google Pixel). I just discovered a fix for mine.
1. Turn off Mobile Data
2. Connect to Marriott Guest WiFi
---this is where I normally get the “sign on” request. If I attempt that I get a DNS failure and no splash screen. “Connected” but no internet
3. Open a web browser (no internet due to turning off Mobile Data)
4. In the address bar I typed the very generic 192.168.1.1
BOOM went right to Hotel splash screen and connected to internet
** don’t forget to turn Mobile Data back on

Try to switch off the router and on again and then reconnect to phone or device to the wifi...it is working for me

If you rooted your device & tried to change device ID's using "Device Emulator Pro" or "Device Id Changer" & then after it shows this error then just 'Disable Wifi MAC Address, Bluetooth MAC Address, Wifi SSID & Mobile SIM related changes in those apps' and then restart/reboot your device. It should work fine now. Hope it helps :)

This actually worked...but I cannot send message in WhatsApp using WiFi but I can use RUclips,Facebook,Google using WiFi. Why did this happen to my life?!??!

I watched a few of these not accepting password. None worked. Finally I selected connect by WPS button and then pressed the WPS button on my router. That worked.

The following procedure worked for me.
1) Disable Internet Connection Sharing from your modem connection -> properties -> Sharing Tab
2) Enable it again.
3) Disconnect from the Internet.
4) Reconnect again
5) Restart ICS service from the "services.msc" window.
6) Stop the hostednetwork
7) Start the hostednetwork
8) Internet Sharing is now enabled and everything gets resolved

@@voidcs5135 I just fixed mine, and it had some to do with the amount of connections I allowed if that helps. Just look through your settings and "amount of devices" (if your using data/hotspot as WiFi might work with normal WiFi too) hope that helps.
For me it keeps saying connection denied and it's been a couple of days now.
The thing I'm confused with is. Do we need to type a different ip address or can it be the same. And for the last digit 2:33 do we put in anything from 1 - 5 or is it on the wifi box. 1 - 5
Funny thing is that my PC works fine. Actually excellent even though there is no cable but my phone still gives connected but no internet. Anyone knows a fix for that?
