Redshift make great stuff. The grip stuff (top, drop and tape) isn't cheap. But it makes a big difference to ride comfort. I also have the ShockStop seatpost, which is really good. It stays put when you are riding along, but soucks up the hits when you go over a crack or bump. Haven't tried the bars, but I'm very drawn to the kitchen sink. It looks like a winner.
Hi Bruce, do u think I can use the cruise control grip into ritchey Venturemax 40mm dropbar? I'm afraid those biobend on the drops will not compatible with cruise control drop grip.
Thank you for watching my video. So in the FAQ section on Redshiftsports.com it’s stated “Can the Drop Grip be used on handlebars with kinks? We do not recommend using the Drop Grip on handlebars with large kinks or sharp small radius bends but it is highly dependent on how extreme the bend is. The Drop Grip fits best on drops with continuous curves.” In my opinion, without 100% certainty, you can probably use the top grips but when it comes to the drop grips the rubber may be distorted and might not sit properly on your bars.🚴🚴♂🚴♀
Unfortunately I got into a little accident and tore my Achilles and a ligament in my left hand so I haven't been riding at all when I get back to it I'll try to give you an update on the quality of the tape but it's pretty heavy duty so I guess it should hold on pretty good from a first time perspective thanks for the question and keep writing

@@bigbrucebikes sorry to hear that 😕
I'm not gonna do an installation video... proceeds to do installation b roll
It was a quick montage not the step by step installation. I thought it was the best part of the video.
