Please, your ladder safety usage needs a serious upgrade. No reaching past the edge of your ladder more than your belt buckle. Don't stand higher than said belt buckle past the top of your ladder. Set those ladders up like extension ladders if you can't reach it safely as an A frame.

Those ladders are not your typical A frame ladder. Those they are using, are much more stable, comparatively.
