I thought the same. There were almost no jews 100 years ago in America who were rich. They worked their ass of to make wealth and generational wealth at that. That was the context of what he was referring to.
It's also that they more heavily invested in land, business, and were of light skin so got treated fairly, so also had they ability to sew wealth. It's not just the work, it's the type of work. They used money they already had in real estate and management. Not a bad idea.

I can tell you, without question, there's 0 anti semitism in that line.
He's making an example of a structure to emulate. The fact that he said "Jewish people" and not "Jews" in the song - imo absolutely shows his intentions and my guts gut is telling me there is absolutely no Ill will, anger or hate towards Jewish people.
