  • This video recipe shows how to make homemade delicious Abkhaz adjika without cooking. Yes, yes, it is not hot as the original, but it is amazingly tasty and is suitable for normal use in the form of a sauce, and for marinating meat and fish dishes. And most importantly, the net cooking time does not exceed 20 minutes.
    The composition of adjika is simple:
    - Bulgarian sweet dried peppers (if they are dried on wood, it will be even tastier) - no more than 10 pieces
    - Spicy dried chilli peppers (you want sharper - leave the seeds) - 4 pieces
    - 4 cloves of garlic
    - Coriander, grains - 1 tsp.
    - Fenugreek (Shambala) - 1 tsp.
    - Basil dry - 1 tsp.
    - Mint dry - 1 tsp.
    - Dill dry greens - 1 tsp.
    - Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
    If desired, you can add fresh coriander herbs, but this can shorten the shelf life.
    You can experiment with the number of sweet and hot peppers, choosing the taste for themselves.
