This video is a detailed video on a line of the Bangalore Metro, the Blue Line, or the Bangalore Airport Metro. The Blue Line of Namma Metro will run from Central Silk Board - KR Puram - Hebbal - Kempegowda International Airport. This line is being built by BMRCL (Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited).
The Blue line Metro Bangalore will cover a 58.19 km stretch crossing 30 metro stations. It will have two phases: Phase 2A and 2B, the airport line.

Yes good info . This line & SARJAPURA - HEBBAL LINE shd also be started early as SARJAPURA Road & KORAMANGALA are major I T HUBS & BUSINESS ares needing connection to all parts of BENGALURU . One small correction in the above info . Its mentioned as NORTH abt silk Board & K I A as south . Infact its the other way . K I A is in North & SILK BOARD is in SOUTH EAST .

Areas such as Koramangala, HSR Layout, Bommasandra and Electronic City are in Bengaluru South.

Dobbaspet, Narasapura and all should be connected by Suburban or any at grade train. Metro as the name suggests is meant for within Metro City. Within city the coverage should increase. Unnecessary cost by introducing Metro to Narsapura , Dobbaspet / Bidadi / Hosur. This misconception of people should go away.
Our Bengaluru is very much backward in the suburban commute Railway. that is the reason 50 + km Namma Metro Blue line has been getting constructed. I agree with you sir our Bengaluru need at grade sub urban railway system and luckily Bengaluru suburban project is going on and even Bengaluru circular railway network is also ready to start around Bengaluru which acts like a peripheral ring railway system around Bengaluru.
I think Jakkur Plantation is not happening at the moment.. Not sure why, also I do not see any respective pillars for a station between Jakkur Cross and Yelahanka. I could not find any info as well for Jakkur Plantation. I stay in Jakkur, so I have noticed it.

When we ask for HSR, Agara, Ibbaluru Bellandur Marathhalli Hebbal KIAL Airport Metro development, we are invariably diverted to KR Puram. This is disgusting. Most Pax traffic is on Ibbalur Bellandur Hebbal ORR. You hv no funds to accord priority to this Blue Line 2B ???. Please give a definite date of completion of this Blueline 2B. This is where most Pax demand generates.
