Road connectivity or Signal free Bridges n More Subway roads and more Traffic management, Pollution free city and Comprehensive Road infrastructure, Ayurveda hospital n Yoga n health care centre . and many more needy items . Congress plans for messy n chaotic city. Congress = Plans Messy n Chaotic Jams cities.
