It is worth mentioning that the car tested in this video (SR+ with Panasonic NCA) was only delivered to Europe in Q1/2021. From Q2/2021 all SR+ come from China and have a CATL LFP battery with similar 55kWh of capacity. The LFP battery actually charges faster and looses almost no power with lower state of charge. It is 120kg heavier though!
Also worth mentioning that from Q2 the SR+ got optional heated steering wheel and from Q3 a more efficient rear motor.
All in all the best value for money in the Tesla lineup 🙂

Not to mention that the LFP batteries can be charged all the way up to 100% and are actually designed to be charged up to 100% at every charge. Meaning, there’s no more having to charge your battery up to 80-90% at night in fear of your battery quickly degrading over time, you can always charge it to 100% and get full use out of it unlike older models!

Also mention, now the motor is 980 instead of 990 🙂

@@2SEXY Well, since this is an EU car... We don't have the motor designators 980/990. They are called the old Performance Motor is called 3D1 and the new replacement with hairpin windings is called 3D6. The old base motor is called 3D5 and it's new hairpin replacement is called 3D7. Since the car in this video has the NCA pack it has the 3D5 Motor, which is the old 208KW LR rear motor. The SR+ with LFP packs all have the 3D1 performance motor with 239KW and since Q3/2021 we also see the new 3D6 motor in the EU SR LFP cars.

lol if you don't trust the app/card key angle then there's a LOT more to worry about with this car. Speaking as a M3LR owner.

    Thanks for a good review.
I really disagree about autopilot. I like it so much so there is not an alternative to by anything else than a tesla next year when our lease ends on our TM3 LR.

@@_TrueDesire_ maybe you need to do some more research on what is included. You need to spec it up to the Elite to get the internal features such as heat seats, wireless charging. Then there is the issue with no software updates

@@_TrueDesire_ thats great, seems sweden gets a better deal than us, here the SR+ cost $66k NZD, comes full speced, the EV6 is $85k, then you need to get the $96k version to get the same interior features, the M3 LR here is $85k..
