I am from Somalia and I would like to correct you where you said, 2% of population has internet access. The reality is, the entire country has internet/ mobile access. We can call someone who is living 500km from Mogadishu straight to his/her Cell phone.
If you Eritrean, Somali, Djibouti, Ethiopian you know was up. ✊🏾🇸🇴
Just to point out I visited both countries and I tell you Somalia having 30 years of war internet speed is way better in Somalia even in the villages.
It's going to be interesting to see how Africa develops in this century. Africa has been growing by a lot lately economically and population wise

Actually Somalia has the cheapest internet prices in the world and about 70% of the population has access to the internet as about 65% of the population uses mobile money to pay for daily transactions

Great video! As an Italian, I had the opportunity to meet various Ethiopians and Somalis in Milan and try their amazing food, although Eritreans were more common.
Somalia leads in country's where 1GB of internet is the cheapest around the world, so the fact you stated about internet is not accurate, everybody in the urban citys have a smartphone
