Hi, thanks for sharing this info. I was just wondering, when you finish printing for the day, do you empty the canister? Or do you just leave the pre-treatment liquid inside? If you do, does the liquid clog the spray tip/nozzle? Hope to hear from you. Thanks in advance.
Do you have trouble with the wagners starting to spray inconsistently. We went through 2 i 6 months. We clean the noszzles with water and spray everything out with distilled water. Are we missing something or doing something wrong
Nicolette - it sounds like it just requires more maintenance - otherwise it should last a LONG time. Try cleaning with rubbing alcohol after each use, soaking the components in it, etc.
Another thing I wanted to ask was that the Wagner spray is out of stock at Home Depot. They only have Black n Decker (www.homedepot.com/p/BLACK-DECKER-SmartSelect-High-Volume-Low-Pressure-Paint-Sprayer-BDPH200B/203408766) and Home Right (www.homedepot.com/p/HomeRight-Finish-Max-Fine-Finish-HVLP-Paint-Sprayer-C800766/202736982#). Do you think these tools can also do the job?
Ahh.. a little too late. Already bought the Black n Decker cause Home Depot ran out of the Wagner and they said it's being discontinued. Anyway, I clicked on your link and saw golf balls with the sprayer. What's with the golf balls?
Tho it's 3 years old, this video is very useful for me.. Now all my printed tees result look amazing! Thanks for sharing the info!
Great video!!! Needed this information on my Wagner sprayer.

You will at least have to clean the nozzle.

Hanz T. That's a jig so you can DTG onto golf balls - doing custom ones for events, businesses, even individuals can be really profitable.
Oh I see. Alright thanks for your response!
