You forgot to show ur FBX export options, you need to first add soften/harden egdes to models in maya. then export as fbx but only select smoothing groups and tangents and binormals (You want to drive ur T&Bs from maya not substance. Then in substance, deselect T&Bs. done
hi , i subdiveded my model in maya with "3" key.. but when i import it in substance, it gets kinda low poly and its not smooth and subdivided anymore, why?

Pressing 3 is only a preview, you need to use the 'smooth' function in Maya first. A subdivision level of 2 is what you see in the 3 preview mode.
When I export from Maya to Substance Painter, the UVs position of my model gets changed. How to fix it?please help .
