One of the very few things that is perfectly mirrored in the movie vs the book is when they show the venom burning through her. The sounds, the screaming and her struggling internally even though in reality she’s paralyzed by the morphine. Perfect
See I didn’t see that way…I had seen it as that is what she would have been doing if it had worked, but it wasn’t. I actually really like that it’s actually working, but she’s just paralyzed.

She wasnt paralyzed. She was dead. Period. That’s why Jacob and Edward tried CPR. She was literally dead, then Edward’s venom finally worked and brought her back

At the end, when she is reborn, she decide to not tell Edward but to tell, one day, Carlisle in order to prevent others to feel the same, in case of turning somebody else using morphine.

This scene to me is special from the rest of the films because you can truly connect with Edward here, he’s having all of these human emotions: anxiety, sadness, feeling powerless. Even when he calls her “baby” you never see them calling each other anything but their names in the other films (at least I don’t remember it) Robert did a great job here 🙏🏻

While it’s understandable that this series gets hated on a lot, I think the scene where you can see Bella at the beginning from 0:00-0:04 just really gets to me for some reason. You can clearly see she’s dead (her eyes in particular) and it really hits home that she wanted to have her baby regardless of the potentially deadly consequences. She loved her child and wanted to give her life even if she was going to die. That’s definitely a parent’s love and something that is very difficult to understand unless you’ve had a child yourself, whether you are a mother or a father.
I dont understand why it got so much. Its a great series for what it is. A teenage vampire love story with wearwolves. Its great at being that.

I know Jacob was upset but damn he didn't have to say Edward deserved to live with her dying.. He didn't try to get her pregnant or even know he could and most of the pregnancy he was against her giving birth in fear of this exact thing happening.
When I first watched this scene I was in my teens and I felt sad, but wasn’t affected that much since i knew it was gonna be alright. But now, that I’m adult, i’m getting very emotional. You can feel how much he loves her, and will do anything for her. He never gave up on her. And neither did she. Honestly, i don’t understand how some ppl call this couple toxic. Never seen it that way. Yes, they had their moments and both hurt, but they always brought the best in each other , when together❤️💕🥲

I think it was because Breaking Dawn was the end of Bella's story. We might get another movie in a few years. Stephenie Meyer is writing at least 2 new Twilight books. 1 is guaranteed to be the story of Jacob and Renesmee

Bella got really lucky she was even able to turn despite of everything. Imagine if it hadn't worked and she was just dead. Jake would've still imprinted of Reneesme but they would've all had to disappear for good. Poor Charlie would never know that Bella was dead, he'd probably think she was missing and would never see her again.
If Bella hadn't become a vampire this was a tragic end to her story after dating and marrying Edward.

When jacob said "You deserve to live like this" he knows how much Edward loves her. But by saying this, he also shows how much he loves her.
As far as a vampire having a baby with a human; I know this had never been done before (besides Nahuel), but wouldn’t anyone realize that the amount of damage done to her body would take much longer for the venom to heal her? I mean, the worse you are after sustaining damage, the longer you’re in the hospital. So the same would go for this instance, wouldn’t it?
The way everyone was panicking thinking she was dead, they wouldn't have time to consider such logic and reason. Moreover the change is supposed to be extremely painful so they were expecting screaming/thrashing/some kind of reaction but she looked just as dead as ever. They didn't know the morphine would paralyse her.
Im guessing you missed the part where they did a time jump of 3 days, so it DID take a while for the venom to heal her completely "i stopped aging 3 days ago" to when alice was tryna celebrate her birthday lol

This is a bloody mess and Edward does everything he can to revive her, which includes biting her. Bella did not realize the consequences to becoming pregnant with Edward's baby, although Jake did warn her ! This is a very powerful scene, because it only reiterates that Jake was correct, however, she came back to life as a vampire.
Edward however never gave up on her.
What a scene!!!

There’s a reason why she didn’t any type of emotion. According to the book, when Edward injected her, she was in excruciating pain; but she had to hide it. She knew Edward was watching her, if she showed even one ounce of inflicting pain, she knew he would never forgive herself for her transformation. So she held on as much as possible.

Tbh it’s all thanks to Renesmee. She’s the one that saved Bella not Edward. After he placed Renesmee on her arms you can hear that “CRUNCH” sound when she bites Bella on her shoulder. There’s no proof that you can turn a dead body into Vampire. I would say that Edward definitely came in clutch with that big syringe of his Venom cause I don’t believe that a little bite from Renesmee Venom would fully turn her into a vampire. It was more like buying Edward time so he can use all of his Venom to finish the process but that is just my opinion. I understand that in the books it’s completely different but keep in mind that the Films are based on the books, not fully accurate to the books. They can add their own spin to the films. People try to make the argument that there are no records of Young Female hybrid that can inject or produce Venom. I can make the same argument that the Volturi had no records about Half Mortals and Half immortals existing.
