These fish are incredibly tough, they can even use their swim bladder as a lung if oxygen levels in the water are low allowing them to live in very warm shallow water.

такая рыба была зачетная, а в итоге - всю перетопили на смалец, только продукт перевели. на стадии пропареной ее нужно было в кляр и на сковороду, а не во фритюр. сердце кровью облилось, лучше б уж плавала она где-нть в море...
В море она никогда не плавала. Панцерник не съедобен. Мясо не возможно разжевать,постное и безвкусное. Такое же блюдо можно приготовить из тополя,или с осины.

익히기 전의 생선육의 느낌은 탱글탱글한 상어고기의 질감과 비슷할거라 생각했는데 찔때 각종 향신야채를 많이 넣는것으로 봐서는 흙냄새나 비린내가 심할것 같고 익힌 고기를 다시 절구로 다져서 다시 튀기는 걸보니 생선의 질감이 부드럽진 않은듯 하네요.
인간들이 생선의 가죽을 얻기위해 옛날부터 많이 희생되었겠네요.

Желание съесть конечный продукт куда то улетучилось, аппетит пропал.
такая рыба была зачетная, а в итоге - всю перетопили на смалец, только продукт перевели. на стадии пропареной ее нужно было в кляр и на сковороду, а не во фритюр. сердце кровью облилось, лучше б уж плавала она где-нть в море...
В море она никогда не плавала. Панцерник не съедобен. Мясо не возможно разжевать,постное и безвкусное. Такое же блюдо можно приготовить из тополя,или с осины.
