Me: I wonder how they're going to take the scales off?
2 seconds later
Me: Bruh...
Machete /harmer = cleaning giant fish.
IKR like whyyy this way
@@plasma443 they must be tough as hell

Me: why are they throwing out the big fish in the net?
Me: oh, those are the _small_ fish.

Это не чешуя,а броня какая то , очень вкусная наверное рыба.Приятного жаркого вам из рыбы. Россия, Сибирь.
I am surprised by seeing that the fish's skin is so hard that cut by hammer🔨
BTW. It looks good👍
He was removing the scales, not the skin at that point.
Skip the hand scaler, go right to the hammer!
I expected this to be cooked. I cannot believe it was served raw.
The lemon juice cooked the fish
The fact that you don't like raw fish means that it is wrong. it's just a matter of taste
The fact that they didnt cook it or freeze it after it came out of a river is surprising to me. The risk of parasites 😷
The dish called "ceviche" is fish cooked in citrus and accompanied by onion with coriander
It's CEVICHE, idiot
I really get disappointed when there's no cooking.😓 Lovely video especially that beautiful mixture of garlic, ginger , lemon etc
YOU CAN USE ALL THOSE INGREDIENTS JUST COOK IT FRIEND 🤝😉
Best video.God bless you and your family.
lots of love from Pakistan.
keep it up😊😊
came from watching indian street food preparation and this is heaps and bound better
Indian street food is mostly vegetarian and unhygienic 🙂
My mum rarely let's me have it
And now after covid it's completely banned 😌🙂
-crocodile: you'd need the sharpest knife to cut through my skin
-this fish: hold my hammer
U have blessed me with joy...

Some aquarists keep their Amazonian Arapaimas as their children ( Seen some in Metallic Gold with foliage of Red Orange specks on the lower body ) Magnificent Fish indeed! ... 🌷🌿🌍

The plants he uses remind me of the Voynich Manuscript
😂😂😂😂😂
Для того, чтобы выжить по соседству с пираньями, особенно в период пересыхания водоемов природа наградила арапайму сверхпрочной чешуей. Сколько же трудов уходит ее от этой чешуи очистить.

uh... they are literally beating the scales off with a hammer.... claw side.... with full force blows!
Those are super hard they have to use hammer I guess
Even piranhas can’t bite through that armor
If you look at the closeup those full force blows don't even damage the scales at all. What a beautiful and monstrous creature. I hope that meat is as divine as this creature is in my eyes
This Fish invansive and unstoppable for life, can be infinite stock for human.

those fish are endangered and shouldn't be eaten. They're rare and even fisherman do not like to kill them, nor they should. Also they're very peaceful and you can usually swim with them they're very curious.

That’s cool, I didn’t know the Amazon was in Thailand, neato
But it looks delicious
