Actually it’s all the same, mw has more campers than mw2. I just played yesterday and every lobby is full of campers. Mw2 has a huge stacking problem not so much camping maybe if you’re a low spm player you will join those lobbies.

Not really, MW2 sure has some campers but not as much as MW19, probably because of the maps allow you to run the other way and kill them, except for Taraq
@@brokinglet5483 well that’s bcuz you’re comparing fresh cod to a Cod that came out 2 cods and 2 warzones ago. Only people that still play MW’19 are campers probably. Campings always been a thing of Cod no doubt, but from someone who’s played MW19 since is dropped, MW2 is worse-which is due to sounds being different, TTK and diff movement.

U can rush it’s call rushing strategically. U rotate the map effectively u will dominate. Tac sprinting around the corner is gonna get u killed. COD has always worked this way until mw2019.
@@wyattparnell2412 even then the god tier campers just had that other camping teammate to watch the other side, feels almost helpless to push with an smg most of the time. I may need to have a class with resupply and drill charges to be fair
I don't know, some guy got 50 kills with 8 deaths running around with akimbo deagals and a shield doing that jumping bullshit while some how tanking point blank shotgun rounds and headshots, so I'd say the movement is still broken and more advantageous than these streamers are trying to claim since they want to view CoD as a tactical shooter...which it is not. it's just set up so every newbie will always be able to get kills thanks to generous spawns and easy to use smgs/assault rifles

I'm a camper at heart straight up the only thing I really have to worry about is the bomb drone but it's so slow 9/10 times I'm shooting out of the sky. I'm really loving this game

@@gordrilla I've shot down over 20 drones already and only died twice from them. They are way to slow all you have to do if one next to you is close a door on it and it can't even get to you.

The movement is what brought me back to cod, we lost our good games as not full time professional when it comes to cod, it feels good to play with classic movements
I like the knew movement. I can actually have fun in a video game and not have to take 4 showers after each game.
Okay but don’t remove it for people that don’t like the new mechanics, I like playing chess with my opponents not peak each other shoot each other and flip a coin to see who wins.

Movement isn’t gone it’s just different. It’s harder to be a sweat but still more than possible, I’ve been 360ing kids that camp door ways with pistols and that’s easily as satisfying as breaking someone’s ankles and killing them that way
I agree, especially when I amd grinding marksman rifles I've been focusing more flanking and taking unpredictable routes against my enemies, what helps more is the fact that the Lockwood carbine has such a short sprint to fire and ads that I don't worry much about anyone peeking first

Definitely still some cracked out movement techniques and players. Just TTKs a lot lower so it’s easier to combat.
Honestly this video was a relief. I knew i can't keep playing like 2019 Mw cause i kept dying and so i stayed still and literally caught like 3 to 5 kills catching people rushing

as a sweaty casual player the new movement has been super hard for me to deal with, i get that some people like it more and i totally understand

I like the new tactics and movement. Only one problem. It's almost impossible to 1v4. You can't solo win against good players because they WILL hit you. Even 1v1 if you don't have armor and the other person does, you most likely lose the gun fight

Nobody has any idea how happy I am to see that at least some people are willing to change their playstyle for a game that plays fundamentally different from the last. Thank y’all for teaching people that sometimes we need to adapt to new situations in *new* games.

These "movement gods" are so stuck in their ways and butthurt. For some reason, they think not being able to bunny hop or slide cancel means you have to camp or walk around ads'ing the whole time and it's just wrong. Stop tac sprinting into fights and set your guns up for speed. Yeah, you have to play slower but that doesn't mean you have to camp and can't play aggressive.
This is my kind of gameplay. feels good.

I haven't played COD in 10 years aside from a little bit of warzone, and I have to say I'm loving the way MW2 plays. It reminds me of OG modern warfare.
Well I like the new mechanics of the movement cause it's realistic when engaging.the goal is to create more realistic shooting game.
It's an arcade shooter that's what cod has always been
This is exactly how IW wanted us to play, actually use some form of tactics in CQB engagements.

That's what I've been doing in the past and still today and I had a pretty good kd in warzone
The newer and semi older movements cods went in a direction that wasn’t exactly cod, we wanted old cod like mw1-3 and WAW and now they show signs of actually fulfilling that promise
Honestly kinda happy with the slower movement actually makes you have to peek corners instead of blasting through in a dead sprit and causing a cat.1 tornado in the room 😂

The movement is a huge part of what makes this the best CoD in about a decade. The whole flow is so good.
My only wish is that SBMM would be limited to a "ranked" mode. If I do even moderately well I will end up getting demolished in the next game.

What you can’t stand when someone pre aims as they move around the map. You want them to sprint everywhere and give you free kills? You can still play aggressive you just gotta slow it down a bit

Hadn't played cod in 5 years and I've come back , and honest this is how movement should be.
Coming from playing OG MW2, 3 and the Black Ops's, I understand where people loved enhanced mobility, but as I got older I adored the slower pace of Halo and cover shooters like Mass Effect. I'm happy that some people are able to stick with CoD and advise players how to play more tactically with the new style. Keep up the great work!

Best way ive seen is passive aggressive play style, dont charge in and bait charges from the enemies until you can confirm a timing for assault, stand your ground but keep your escape open.
I like in mw2 that the better way at playing is also a more realistic way at playing

Now we pre aim every corner and camp from afar.
This thought process makes no sense. Bad players haven't magically become good and vice versa with MW2. If you sucked in the previous games, you still suck now. The most important skill has always been hitting your shots, not slide canceling, not dropshotting, not bunny hopping...
@@jridenour31 movement creates a skill gap. I'm sorry but it doesn't require skill to mount the same wall the whole game to wait for people to stumble in your field of view. I agree that in previous titles (I've been playing since cod 3 lol) there wasn't so many movement options. Jump shotting wasn't nerfed back then tho, and footsteps couldn't be heard across the entire map. Rushing was a playstyle back then but now you're punished for doing so. That's just my opinion but I feel like cod should keep its ''arcady'' feeling and stop trying to be too ''realistic''. There's plenty of other shooters for that.
@@Armo_93 unfortunately since mw2019, cod is one of “those other shooters”. Everything has been tailored to shrinking the skill gap, and then heavy SBMM on top of all that fucks us even harder. What a shame lol

@@Armo_93 The footsteps are definitely too loud. Dead silence should be a perk, not a field upgrade. They should 100% shorten the sprint to fire, especially after sliding and dolphin diving. I'm just saying that aim is the most important skill. People that can't aim are still going to get killed by people that can.

@@Petrical The thing you're not getting is that you can still be aggressive. You can still move, its not like you are stuck in place, You just have to be smarter about it.
They are trying to make it more realistic. I like it, feels more like an old COD. If you’re really good at the game you shouldn’t need to exploit glitchy movements to get kills.

I was expecting this to turn into an exploit somehow but I’m happy to see it wasn’t. This brings more balance for all players imo without all the extra move mechanics

I Still Run the Stim, For Maps Like Traffic Jam. Getting Behind the Cars is Key and Once I Dropped a 50 Bomb with the tactic.

Even without drill charge I used to just useC4 and nade ppl camping inside , just bounce it off walls and cook it before you throw so they don't have time to react

FINALLY! A content creator that understands! So tired of these other kids trying to force movement back into MW2, the name of the game now is slow and steady 👏
I enjoyed all the movement in MW2019 but this game is the closest to classic MW2 since the original. My only gripe is I wish the strafe speed was higher so everyone didn't feel the need to jump around every corner.
I know a lot of sweats are hating it, but those of us that prefer more tactical shooters like Squad and ARMA are loving it. Its quicker paced and easier to get into the action than those games, yet still feels methodical. Though I do wish we had the ability to lean. Would help get those pesky corner campers.
