You know, I’ve heard pretty much everyone I’ve ran across saying how much they dislike the movement mechanics in MW2. I personally think they are spot on to the point of realism. Plus it helped level out the playing field now that those ridiculous movements in MW 2019 are no longer available. All that slide canceling that went on made it sound like a heard of large hoofed animals coming for you. That sound alone could be intimidating. Plus and I know this game isn’t based on realism as much as it used to be. But still, the movements where still out of this world.

idk i wreck more on blackops and standard then i do black ops and dynamic. great video man. if u can my opinion zero stick deadzone if u can is def the best on 120 fov so dirty.

in vanguard I played 11/11 with a .7 ads sens and I felt so snappy and accurate but in this game it just doesn't hit the same and I went down to 7/7 and i'ts been smooth sailing.

Any reason when I use burst fire rifles and when I aim my second burst has a pause causing me to get killed

I tried controller for the first time yesterday, I did okay aim was way weird for me even with the best settings. Right after I hopped back on mouse and keyboard and played and it just felt so much better. Everyone is different I can beam with M and K cause of all the years.

Good old AI doing majority of the work for you. I miss when I was a teen and I didn't really have the self-respect yet and just loved playing Halo and not noticing how much the game was doing work for me. It's stronger here than in Apex I've noticed, but on both it's genuinely hilarious how easy it was to pick up a controller after a decade and fry in close range without really having any brain activity. A controller is definitely the vibe when I'm tired as fuck and can't be assed to put effort in after work or something

Hey man was wondering if you know of a fix for high cpu temp. For some reason mw2 makes my cpu temp run around 70 to 80 degrees. Great controller set up video by the way

@@xoMerv yea man of course I do it's a ryzen 7 the pc has water cooler with 6 fans as well but for some reason mw2 is the only game that makes the cpu run that high
@@xoMerv when I'm not in a round it runs in the 60s for temp but once I get into a round it's back up to 70 to 80
@@TheRealVeedo I mean I’m not an expert, but my pc is next to the radiator in my room, I’ve got an i711700k, with the aio artic 280 and my temp maybe hits 55 max in game, maybe reapply thermal paste, my fans are set to 80% whilst gaming, hope this helps maybe something to go off?

The settings I was using had my aim assist track a guy a full 90° angle without touching the joystick

As a m&k player and am wanting to try playing on controller, why does it feel that when I do sharp aim turns all the way that the aim initally lags then rapidly speeds up why trying to turn on people? If this is a setting on controller please help.
It's acceleration. Comparable to mouse acceleration in windows which should always be off when using mk

@@brendanj2403 I'm pretty sure on controller you need to adjust Deadzones to change the feel of acceleration.

I am still looking for whatever the trick is: I can be heads on someone passing me and see them first, and I have good reflexes, yet even when I see them first and attempt to aim down and shoot, they can aim down turn 90 plus degrees and lock right in on me and have perfect aim, zero movement or recoil.

I used to play on 8 sens now I’ve been on 13 for awhile now and it’s wayyyyy better my reaction time is faster,movement is easier and makes some clips look better
Interesting. I’ve tried. Problem is I have a heavy hand and overshoot. Had some good moments with high sensitivity tho. Maybe it’s a matter of adjustment. I’m back to 7-8 range.
@@Vanta_Zen when you raise your sens play with your deadzone to adjust to how heavy your hands are so you don’t overshoot and flick your shots off too far
Same been turning up the sense I'm @15 atm. Never looked back from the 4 sense days. Takes time to control the higher movement however it helps out alot in reaction time, and gun fights. Kd definitely has increased . At the end of the day it really comes down to personal preference and play style.

Wish they allow you to turn off crossplay on pc. Thats the main thing ruining modern warfare 2 for me.
I'm so sick and tired of my fellow PC players trying to make console players feel bad about aim assist. I'm going to let the console players in on a little secret aiming with mouse and keyboard is way more precise and accurate than a controller could ever be even with the best settings and all of us PC players know that. If a controller with aim assist was better than keyboard and mouse none of us would use keyboard and mouse we would all use a controller. PC players just cry about aim assist because they can't accept the fact that little Timmy on his Xbox One had a better KD.

All I'm saying is as a pc player, I switched to controller midway through the lifecycle of vanguard and my K/D went up by .46 not a huge amount, but definitely a significant improvement. CoD is just a controller dominant game
I know this isn't popular, but I've been using linear and precision aim assist type. I haven't tried black ops aim assist yet, I'm about to. I've been really enjoying linear response curve.
Nah many use Linear these days and many more when they realise it's the best. Black ops and default are very similar to me

@@NellielsHusband it is dude. The aim assist is really broken in this game especially the black ops version. You are at competitive disadvantage since the controller basically does 95 percent of your aim without even trying to move the right stick
@@NellielsHusband Patrik Kelly is the studio co head of IW has said during an interview promoting MW2 that they have collected data that shows them that statistically average MnK players do worse than average controller players, last year as well devs have said that rotational aim assist is too op, but it's very difficult to adjust, however is something that they are paying attention too, Optic Dashy mentioned last month that AA needs a nerf, atm dynamic AA is so OP that there is no skill gap in competitive because the AA has transcended their individual skills. So yeah, it really is!!

90 is the default fov that console users are used to typically

do pro players really use between 4-8 sensitivity? any lower than 16 feels like its sleepy, im no pro and I can sense having lower than 16 feels like the 180 turn on people is a sleepy speed. Saying that ive always had max sensitivity on all call of duty games and set my mouse to 900 DPI very minimum depending how much I want to swing my arm around on that day. A happy 1300 DPI is healthy if im on a long session with K&M

Because pros often call out and know exactly where they are gonna confront the enemy team from , most pros use low sense because they never or rarely need to do a 180 turn.

Controller need aim assist for simple reasons. You use 2 thumb to aim and move. PC use 2 entire hands and 10 fingers.

Sweet, now the AI does even more for controller players. This is awesome, now they can pump their chests even more. Sooner or later you are gonna be able to log in, start the game and sit back on the couch and just watch the AI fight itself. Just put you name/tag in a character and watch the show. This is sweet!
