- More and more Tories are convinced Theresa May needs to leave office soon and they've been given encouragement to act by the former chancellor.
Speaking to Sky's political editor Beth Rigby, George Osborne made clear there must be a change of leadership, and that senior Conservatives need to take responsibility for the future of the party and the country.

@enigma1952 It was osborne's best man at his wedding who bought and sold the shares for a massive profit not his father in law to my knowledge, still stinks as bad though.

I wouldn't trust this man as far as I can spit.
This over privileged man wrought appalling damage on this country. His scapegoating and vindictiveness was second to none. His austerity measures went far too deep and fast , and 9 years on the devestation is apparent. Not a Corbyn supporter, but if he isn't fit to run the country he isn't alone. Osborne, Cameron I.D.S. and plenty more tories weren't fit to be in office either.
Forget about London. Your voter base is everywhere but.

When May is sacked we need a PM dedicated to a real Brexit. It would be folly to put in another remainer.

The role of governments is not to build things, but to allow things to be built. The market will decide if things should be built or not, not some bureaucrat.

It is no good building HS2 when all around is falling apart. A. Repair and build a GOOD road network, B.Take over the railways and invest some of the money for HS2 into it.
She could have gone down as one of the best PM is history if she kept her word ' We will be leaving on the 29th March with or without a deal', but no, she will go down as the worst, just ahead of Tony Bliar.
She has tried to please both sides of the referendum...as she has said over and over again...That was not her Job...It was to deliver a clean Exit out of the EU. The intellectual gymnastics saying Leave did not mean a clean break is an insult to all our intelligence.
We know knew this would happen when a PM was put in who's belief is to remain. She is an absolute disgrace and embarrassment to the UK.
One of the locals had taken a beautiful picture of the local views and had a little comment to go with it. An I quote “A bit blurry due to the rain, but Nether Woodhouse, and Woodhouse farms, taken yesterday afternoon from the old pit tip. This view will be lost when HS2 is built.”

HS2 will just benefit London. It will cost £45+ billion, why not invest that in new industries or houses in the north?! Also we’ll have vacuum trains doing London to Edinburgh in 45 minutes by 2026!

Here’s a comment that was made about the beautiful photo by one of the locals. “Hopefully it won't, I read the other day there's talk of using existing lines from Birmingham to Leeds and taking the main route via Manchester, hope so cos it's gonna be no use to us and it's going to ruin the local countryside.” I could go on and on posting.........
Problem is...there are 100 ancient woodlands in the wa of HS2, to say nothing of the homes and farms that will disappear....just like Heathrow 3rd runway. It will cost two villages. Really, this is vandalism.

I don’t like the decisions he made RE cuts but he’s not a mug, he’s clearly insightful and predicted May’s time.
I won’t forgive him for making the cuts he did, wrong places and wrong time (welfare reform was needed but privatising the Royal Mail and other Public sector cuts were SO damaging)
He has a contentious record but be could yet be the person who is a viable option for the Tories in the future. The Tories have won one general election in the last 25 years and then only narrowly. It could be that Osborne understands how the Tories can win.

It is my opinion that Theresa May, who is Jewish, does not understand or share the English (or British) ethics. In particular, she appears not to understand the breech of confidence that is so disgraceful ethically, that the only way to save face is to exit. An English (or European) person with a sense of honour, would either deliver what's promised or leave. Now, since prime minister is Jewish, she cannot be accused of dishonourable behaviour, because most people fear the accusations of anti-semitism (an emotional blackmail technique, an advanced ad-hominem attack). I can say it, because I don't sit in the Parliament. The British Parliament, to my shock and horror, appears to be occupied today. Sir James Goldstein, who wisely wrote about The Trap, also suggested recall, knowing what might occur. This paralysis is very damaging to the moral fibre of society; someone has to act swiftly and restore the social order. - Furthermore, Mrs. May seems to belong to some sort of a club of people who refuse to leave office :f.ex. Angela Merkel; Emmanuel Macron ( and others who are at the moment not challenged). Who are these politicians and why do they jeopardise their own countries and refuse to obey people's will?! an international investigation is called for.
