This upper body workout requires no equipment! Just you your shoulders, back, and core muscles and this strength workout. Of course we also add some helpful mobility exercises in as well and use full range of motion to make sure you are developing your body in the right way! A beginner upper body workout that will be challenging but doable for most levels! This workout can be done by men or women. Do this workout at home or at the park. We put an emphasis on strengthening postural and rotator cuff muscles to maintain healthy shoulders and good posture.If you are into bodyweight workouts and core workouts at home this will be a true gem for you :) - Развлечения

He is very calm and cool. I love this channel also... check out Hindz hes a really peaceful and motivating guy with long Locs... it helped me when I was really depressed and hurting. It's not a magical fix but it will help. It helped me.

It's remarkable, that you show some exercises for the back and shoulders, which can be done at home without equipement and are nevertheless offering a certain (much needed!) intensity. In my opinion, the back and all the 'pull' muscles are often neglected when it comes to no-equipement workouts.

Just what I needed! Thank you! Started incorporating these moves into my workout today - favorite move right now is probably the kneeling angels (definitely discovering some hidden weak spots, so super grateful). Will be sure to come back to these moves and see how I progess.

I did this workout yesterday; it is fantastic - this morning oh my core felt it for a change! I can't do proper pushups have metal in wrist - but i did the knees on floor version. Also, find it difficult to get hollow out of back in leg and are extensions (1st core exercise) so i tried! I am a 71 yr old woman am doing FIA fix since January last. All that sadness and hate we had to experience when you did this work - let's hope and pray that we don't have that again!!

I started my fitness journey in 2022, I’ve made awesome progress in the gym but I am not enjoying it as much as I used to. I just feel the stress and pressure of gym culture getting to me, I can’t explain it any better than that… but coming across this video as I’m trying to navigate a new fitness lifestyle, not sure why, just makes me emotional. I feel at peace and relaxed and like I’m building genuine strength after doing this, instead of obsessing over the aesthetic benefits
