Is the Fully Jarvis Monitor Arm the BEST Monitor Arm in 2023?

- The Fully Jarvis Monitor Arm can be found on best monitor arm list but is it? The best monitor arm is one that provides both flexibility and stability. It should be able to hold your monitor securely while allowing you to adjust its height, tilt, and swivel angle to your preferred viewing position. A good monitor arm should also be easy to install, durable, and have a sleek design that complements your workspace.
The Fully Jarvis Monitor Arm has a weight capacity of up to 19.8 pounds and can hold monitors from 13 to 32 inches in size. It offers a wide range of motion, with a 13.2-inch height adjustment, a 23.8-inch extension, and a 360-degree swivel. The arm also features a cable management system that keeps cords neat and organized. So is this worthy of being on best lists? Watch this and let me know what you think!

I don't even need a monitor arm but I watch this entire video! Clean studio, great quality video, great audio, and very good pacing. Well done!

I appreciate that! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Great review! I don't understand how this only has 34 (well now 35) likes!
Looking forward to seeing an update after a few months of use to see if any quality issues crop up but so far this looks like a solid and reasonably priced product.
Maybe more people will give it a thumbs up over time. Thank you for watching and commenting!
Man, I didn't realize how badly I need one of these. I was getting annoyed at not having enough space on my desk but one of these will completely solve that. Thanks for the video, this is really high quality stuff, subbed
Yep, gotta love monitor arms since they help you reclaim desk space. Thanks for watching! I have two other types of monitor arm videos on the channel btw
I gotta say I’ve been losing sleep over these too and can never find one that’s good and with quality until I found this

Right on time boss man. I've got a LG 35in Ultra wide 35WN65C-B. Just built my standing desk, this arm is next up. Almost got the other arm in other video but the plastic cover for cable management makes this one a no brainer.
It looks like that monitor weighs more and is a larger dimension than what this fully arm supports (Up to 19.8 pounds and 32”)
The production quality in this video is incredible! Keep doing what you're doing!
Thank you! I certainly will and I appreciate you taking the time to comment!
Very well done video; your calm, slightly soft spoken style of speech makes you very pleasant to listen to. Many other youtubers sound overly excited and become annoying to listen to after awhile. 😊
For me, the challenge is still making sure I have inflections where necessarily and make sure I'm speaking at a pace that doesn't make people bored lol. Thanks for watching and commenting!

If your maximum thickness is only 85mm, I would suggest you not skip leg day.
I just got the Monoprice version for £60 and am very pleased with it. Thanks for your recommendation. I also have the Amazon Ergotron copy and for about 60% of the price of that I’d happily get another Monoprice, especially as the Amazon is no longer available. It was this or the LX which is well over double.
Thanks to your review I decided to get this monitor arm! Will be trying it out tomorrow. Hope I like it :)

In the market for a dual monitor stand. Came across your channel. & really helped in the decision making process.
I wish all how videos were this easy & entertain to watch
This video is actually pretty clutch for me. The Asus ProArt displays recess their Vesa mounting section, and not all arms can fit into the recess to allow for screws to be used. This is especially true for budget arms that may use plastic for the monitor retention.
Herman Miller also sells this arm directly on their website under their own name, possibly consider adding that tag for SEO reasons.

Thanks for giving this a watch and taking the time to comment!
Entertaining and informative and you answered my question about 4 minutes in, which I didn't expect; because right out of the box this monitor arm can't hold a thang!.
I try to be as helpful as I can!
How about an update on this arm. It looks like what I want. My Monitor weighs 17#
THAT INTRO 🤌🏼🔥
Thank you so much, awesome video and so clear! Question: Does the arm bang into the wall behind you if you have your desk near a wall? Assuming you leave a few inches of clearance for the hardware but not enough for a 270 rotation.
This seems like a really nice monitor arm. Thanks for the review.
i cannot for the life of me find this monitor arm for sale! i really hope it becomes available again - its perfect.
I linked the monoprice version since that looks like an identical copy. The Jarvis was removed from Amazon and is now only sold on the Herman Miller website and I don’t think they mark it down much there
Dude. Not only do you *not* do the RUclips tech-guy voice - that would have been enough - you bring your own ASMR voiceover energy full-force. I'm. Hooked.
Also, great content.
much appreciated!
Pretty funny video, i like how you brought in some of the issues from the Amazon review.
Nice review! I may need to swap my dual monitor mount for two of these. I think I would prefer the flexibility of having two independent arms compared to trying to maneuver two arms on once central mounting point.
You make great videos I forgot I was even here to get a review half way through lol
I appreciate that! 🫡
Very helpful review! I'm researching the dual arm model because I need a new work from home setup and a friend in IT who lives across the country recommended the Fully desk as well as the Fully Jarvis Arm. Any updates since this was posted almost a year ago? Would you still recommend it?
Yep I still recommend it. Still holds strong and works well with my 27” asus pro art. I moved it to a new setup I’m almost done putting together. It’s not listed yet but it’s a good reminder for me to add it tonight: www.visionarywatts.com/corner-desk-inspiration

That's awesome to hear. Thank you for watching and I think you'll be pleased with future videos.
Monitor arms are life, I honestly bought the cheap high rated ones on Amazon.
I feel that. I shoulda cover some like that one day.
someone recommended this to me and this video is making me lean towards buying it. I recently bought a monitor arm that could fit a 17"-49" monitor and I have a 24" monitor, but even with the spring for the tilting of the screen fully loosened, it would still be tilted upwards and I couldnt tilt it down unless I used a lot of force, but the monitor would eventually tilt back to an upwards state over time. I think the one I bought was meant for much heavier and bigger monitors.
Love your style, great video!
Appreciate it greatly! Thank you for taking the time to comment 🫡
I have two of these arms supporting MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD monitors; I bought them in December 2021 when I purchased my Uplift desk as part of a refresh project for my home office (where I do all of my work now).
I have only one thing to say about them: they are perfect. They were comically easy to set up right out of the box and have functioned flawlessly for over 18 months. They don't "jiggle" when I'm typing with the arms in a high position when I have the desk in standing orientation.
They cost $100 each, which is really cheap for something that basically lasts forever and has great quality. I couldn't be happier!
Thank you for your comment, I was looking for buying 2 of this to keep my monitors together, since theres some comments that you can't achieve that with the double arm jarvis. Can you corroborate me that?
@@pomsou1405 I do not like the ones with double arms because they are just less flexible. If you want to have a 3-monitor setup in the future or possible mount one or two 32" monitors, you just can't get there with a single double-arm.
Keep in mind that these things should basically last forever if you take good care of them. They don't have any components that go through "wear cycles" that are shorter than literal decades. getting individual arms lets you decide how to place your monitors on your desk individually, and move them around to be EXACTLY where you want them to be positioned.
Thanks so much, this really helped understand the design value,
Great review! Do you think it could hold more than the specs? My monitor is above the limit at about 25 lbs. Any chance you could do a quick test?
Exactly what I needed. Going to buy the dual monitor version
Enjoy and thanks for commenting!
This is how you keep people watching a video about a monitor arm! :D
Thanks! May I ask what kept you intrigued/watching? I'm trying to get better moving forward.
@@visionarywatts I already liked the beginning so much, the cinematic bars fading in the look.
Pacing was great, it was short but not rushed. Your voice did the rest of the job i guess. Just an enjoyable watch.
How wobbly is it when typing? I'd love to hear an update!
Watts, this is like ASMR for vocals. The monitor arm is pretty damn cool too. I just googled it and its £88 direct from Fully, but if I went the amazon route its £230????
I'm....not even sure what to say about those price differences lmao wtf
Good instructions!
love your videos. Thinking of pulling the trigger, what do you think 3 monthes later?
I’m satisfied with my purchase. I think it’s not as easy to grab now that the MillerKnoll brand umbrella dissolved the Fully brand into the Herman Miller lineup so it’s only available on their website (last time I looked). Mount up monitor arms are worth a look especially at $33
I'm curious if you used it for forward and backward movement? That's the main thing I need and I didn't see you move it that way on the video.
Not often to be honest. Probably like 2 times since I installed it. Someone in the comments wanted to see a picture of how far it could extend and I made this tweet for them: twitter.com/visionarywatts/status/1639026571666137090?s=46&t=jwAIeu-vawPnVtBOaAPqEA
Awesome. TY.

I just subbed for you. Nice review man. Informative and insightful. I’m curious though- I want to buy an Apple Studio Display in September. I will use it with my M2 iPad Pro until I buy a Mac Studio later on.
How does this display manage with 27 inch displays? Will this arm allow the Studio Display to comfortably clear 4” off the table for the Mac Studio? Will I be able to comfortable rotate the Studio Display into portrait and have enough clearance from the table? I see a lot of reviews and people mostly seem to talk about ultrawides and barely about 27” displays so I cannot gauge how it will be. Can you please offer some insight into that for us who want the buy a VESA monitor for our Apple Studio displays?
I assume you bought something by now since it's been 5 months later and I'm just now seeing this comment. Although I don't think I showed it in this video, my ASUS monitor is a 27" display and there are no worries there. I can't speak on using a monitor arm with an Apple Studio Display though since I've never had one. What did you end up doing?
this vid rules. Question tho--how does it do with triple monitor setups? I have seen solutions where you'd get a single apparatus that holds all three monitors but when I get those, I find they dramatically limit the user's ability to control where the monitors are situated and it's often better to get (cost allowing) three single monitor arms rather than a single, triple monitor support. Would three of these be able to sit in a row on a desk?
Nice review
Thanks for the review, did really enjoy that.
One Question, how close can you bring the monitor arm in?
Wish you a good day!

What do you think about the Monoprice Workstream monitor arm? It looks exactly like this one for $59.
you're right, it does. I looked it over and it's extremely comparable. I'd buy it tbh. Thanks for putting this on my radar 🙌
@@visionarywatts No problem man. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for watching!
i am finding amazon in australia a utter pain especially buying computer stuff ie cables etc as a lot of stuff isn't measured in the metric system plus a lot of drop shipped items I've paid for one thing and got something that looked similar and the amount of utter crap people list on there
Thanks!
You made history on this channel by being my first super thanks! Thank you Tim!
hey, great video! would i be able to install this arm if the edge of my desk has a lip? the thickness of my desk itself is only about 1/4", but the lip going around the outside adds 1.5" (and is 3/8" deep). Would the clamp base be able to fit around that?
How much clockwise/counterclockwise rotation do you get on the monitor, especially when you type? I bought some Amazon monitor arms and both typing on my desk and pressing lightly on the corners causes a ton of wiggle.
I don't think I understand the [rotation when I type] comment? You've experience it rotating as in, the connection is loose? I have 0 movement front desk activity/ typing on monitor arms I've reviewed on this channel.
Yeah, basically mine just jiggle a ton on any desk movement. To simulate it, if you put light pressure on the top corner of the monitor and let go, it’ll shake for a few seconds.
Sounds like the Jarvis doesn’t have the same issue, which is nice!
I have 32inch and 27inch, thinking to buy dual arm. Would you recommend this now?
Hey! I've always liked this arm and recommend it but if you're going dualies I won't stand in your way! Alternatively, check the pinned comment for a monitor arm that looks near identical to the Fully and is cheaper. I don't have it but it looks like a deal
just buy NB, I'm using alienware 34 probably the heaviest of 34 inch monitor, it holds. Only $30 and do the work.
Does it come in white?
black, white, silver on Herman Miller's website. Fully was a brand under the umbrella that was dissolved. It's still named Jarvis on the HM website.
Would I be able to use this monitor arm as a standing desk substitute? How high can the arm extend?
For me, no @ using this as a standing desk replacement. The height it goes to should be in the product description. If you need me to take a photo, ask me on twitter.
How would I do a triple monitor setup on the bottom and one overhead on top.. I would I appreciate your input since you have experience with this
I don’t have a triple monitor setup but you could use a monitor arm like this (amzn.to/3FU3jUn) to stack two monitors then use a separate monitor arm to place it vertically. Or if you wanted monitors side by side in landscape, still use a monitor arm like that but consider a wall monitor arm mount to have a that centers above the two while also being in the landscape orientation. Or you could even go with a monitor arm that takes care of it all like this(amzn.to/3FYtUiX). It truly depends on how you want to do it.

Super nice video. So... is it the best monitor arm in 2023?
It was in my opinion compared to others on "best of" list. I either had others I use elsewhere in my house or experienced installing, using them at work. Some but not all.
nice vid
Hello, I’m looking for a monitor arm but my desk has like no space and I’m thinking of putting the monitor arm on the edge of the desk and fully extend my monitor arm with my monitor to the middle, but the problem is my wall is like right against the wall, any suggestions for which monitor arm to use which is slim and compact because I as well would like my monitor to be right against the wall or as close as it can be while not having the monitor arm taking up that space. Thanks.
I didn't get alerted about this comment so sorry it's 5 months later. Either position it to the side like you said or use something like the VIVO monitor arm that I have a video on. That setup I had was literally against the wall. I assume you bought something by now. What did you go with?
How’s the arm holding up?
it's holding up well. I don't have any negative things to say tbh
Wonderful content. You are super cool.
Thanks for the compliment and for checking this out 😃
Yo idk of youll se This prb not but how far Can it reacj like how much forward can i have the screen if i want to have it pretty close to My face? And My desk is a Little diagonally at the start so could it still sit?😅
I made this tweet after someone else asked a similar question twitter.com/visionarywatts/status/1639026571666137090
How have you only got 5k subs dude tf?
Sorry, I didn't get alerted about this comment and I'm manually under this video looking at them. I don't consistently post videos and I don't post within one niche haha. So subs so far either like the types of videos they saw on my home page or just vibe with me in general. Thank you for watching!
one thing I like about the more expensive options is that they LOOK alot better. I just got the Huanuo dual monitor arm for $50 and I like it (although, I didn't realize I'd need to move my desk a little further out from the wall to get it into my ideal position) I'm not a huge fan of the glossy finish on the base.
That's true. I don't necessarily like the design on Huano monitors but the price is better for people's wallets
Is it worth buying?
