In the past, when I interview people, I focus on problem solving. I give them an example of the type of problems they will be asked to solve and the candidate to talk through it.
I'm much younger than you but I think for a giant like Microsoft does need to test leetcode. Of course it's not practical but it does help filter out the slow thinkers. People with high IQ can adopt and use any technology very quickly.

When a interview is ready, my students are prepared and passed the interview. In return, I want 25% of their Microsoft salary and the company secrets 🤌 But they're exactly companies does this today... Like communism countries... So... Most high IQ people will find a way to make serious money from making a software or a product so they're can retired early in life than being in a dead end job.
