    To make homemade cheese, you need fresh cow's milk.

    2️⃣Add the starter to warm milk and leave the container in a warm place for 40 minutes. 3️⃣Next, cut into pieces so that the serum stands out, leave for another 10 minutes.
    4️⃣We put the cheese in a sieve with gauze, putting a load on top. We are waiting for all the whey to drain.
    5️⃣Later we shift, sprinkle with salt and leave for a week in a cold place.
