I’ve been using the mask for 2 months. Definitely notice a difference. One thing I’ve notice I haven’t heard anyone else talk about is the gray hair around my face doesn’t need colored as quick. It used to start showing within 2 weeks and by 4 weeks it was all white. Now at 4 weeks it looks like it used to at 1-2 weeks

@@MaryEllenAfter60 yay! Yep my little side burns by my ears would be white so quick! I’d shave them sometimes and that was not a great solution but I don’t want to color them every week. They are dark now with a little white. Crazy! It’s worth the money just for that 😂

How about new hair growth? I have a lot of thinning at my temples, and some general hair loss overall.
@@JMSsssssss Not sure about new hair growth but several people have shared with me the gray roots around the parameter of their face don't have to be colored as often. I might start putting it on top of my head a few minutes a day.

Im also a retired nurse and I understand red light therapy for wound healing. I bought a mito red light panel because it hits my neck and face at the same time. I've only used it since december but already my skin is softer and just generally improved. I am 70 years old. I will use red light forever! Also i use my red light for 15 min before i go to bed and it helps me sleep better! Win win! I often have sleep issues but realized I have not since I started doing my red light at night. I think i paid about $300 ($299) for my Mito red light. It is STRONG! I love that since it is a panel I can use it anywhere and that it treats my neck at the same time as my face. Also it is SO relaxing! It's like meditating. I am not convinced about many of these devices. My Nuface, I could take it or leave it and see no difference. The science is behing red light therapy.
