    That's really encouraging. I am a 67-year-old man with PPMS, and I still manage to cut my own grass with a push mower. I bought a new electric self-propelled mower, and the fast speed is a picture of a bunny, while the slow speed is a picture of a turtle. I bought your book, and my goal is to catch up to that turtle to that I can use the self-propelled capability and be able to last longer
    I'll let you know how it goes.

    Thank you Dr for the Positive, Uplifting and Inspiring info. I think it would be great to be able to see the client's progress in video. No need to show face, just the feet. How was it in the beginning and how it is after.

    How is she getting cardio? Since I can’t run and I do not have a machine at the house what does she do for cardio?

      Great question - I always recommend seated cardio for about 5 mins prior to beginning exercise. This helps prevent your legs fatiguing quickly☺️

    1:1 cost is $450/45 min US$. Dr G, You’re professional and awesome than other online PT. Sadly, just can’t possibly afford. Sighed, health recovery hope depends on $ status. Discouraging soul here.

    What exercise should I do to improve my hands ,,,it does not function properly i think that's why I'm not get improvement on my legs because it's affected

    How do I know what my personal neuroplasticity is at???
    Weakness. Botox demyelination action ? How do I correct hip balance? I am 1/2 inch shorter on right leg. Hi w do I know I’d I have 👋 drop? Thank you

    She was exercising too much,which is why her hip gave up!!easy does it.
