    Beautiful. Happiness is natural.
    Joy is supernatural.
Thank you, Father Ignacio, and Matthew.

I'm not a Catholic but love WOF interviews, updates with Bishop Barron, and now this which was both educational and fun! I wish you'd do another Q&A involving children with either the Bishop or another priest. Thank you!

I have an observation regarding the ‘no yoga,’ and other types of self meditation/prayers. While I do believe and understand that these are self involved and are for the ego. Many Christians who I know do yoga do it for the physical health benefits of the stretches. Not because they are meditating or praying to unknown gods. I’ve heard others that if they meditate is in prayer to God. While I know the origins of these yoga and zen were types of prayers to their gods (back in their origins), isn’t it the intention for the modern day man what matters why they do yoga?
Along the same line, the Aztecs dances were prayers to their gods, and when our Lady of Guadalupe appeared to San Juan Diego, which was the reason millions of indigenous people converted to Christianity, those Aztec dances continued but now for our Lady and for God (by most… not all even today). It’s just an observation I see every time this topic is brought up. I’m not giving an answer. Maybe you can explain why Aztec dancing (form of prayer to gods) is different from other forms of cultural/ancient prayers.

Try looking at it from this perspective:
      1. If a person does the sign of the cross, will God not bless him, regardless of his belief?
      2. Another thing to consider: we are called to avoid near occasions of sin. It's an obligation.
Knowing this is a pagan spiritual practice and still doing it, would likely go against that obligation.
      3. When it comes to why people still do those pagan dances; (same could be said for latin dances etc...)
A way to answer it could be with St. Augustine, who explain that the City of God co-exists and intermingles with the city of the World, which is sin. In the way that Jesus mingled with us.
Our world is full of sin, you can't remove it clean without killing also the good; which is why judgement is saved for when you die and not before.
Close: I think we miss the fact that our reality is Spiritual and the material we see with our senses is a very small part of that reality. We think we can separate things, pick and choose what we like and don't like, but it doesn't work that way. Things come in a body and we take it or we don't.
PS: If that is not enough, you can also google people who were into spirituality and why they turned to Catholicism, particularly channels about exorcists.
      This is a great one:

If no power given to apostles who are mere men then priests have power passed on from mem, that would worry me confessing to them, think I will stick with direct chat with God😊

No Yoga is a cult. I'm Indian. Those who respect God will not go for Yoga instead they sit in front of Eucharistic adoration😢
