I was raised Catholic. I stopped attending mass for a few years when I was 28 yrs old, but I still attended Ash Wednesday and obligated masses. During that time, every time I passed by a Catholic Church, I couldn’t help but cried. I missed the days I attended masses with my parents and my siblings. I decided to go back because I missed it so much and the guilt was too much to bear. I have been attending mass and going back to my old self. I feel so much better going to mass every Sunday and pray before bedtime ❤

I’ve been having a difficult time lately, going through some health issues that have ultimately brought me closer to God (not without frustrations and feelings of despair). Lately, as I’ve been getting better, I’ve been having dreams of being on a ship that’s in dangerous waters (with images of a killer whale as big as a cruise ship) attacking the ship. This has happened maybe two times in the last week and once again in the months before. Im confused as to why these dreams are happening now and not before when I was actually really sick. I do feel a stronger calling from God to do something, but I just can’t figure it out. For example, my lease expires this month, and i have the option to renew for a year or go month to month. I would get a lower monthly rate if I commit to a year, so it makes more sense. I also don’t see myself leaving this city anytime soon. BUT, I feel like something is going to change in my life and it would be better not to commit to another year. Little nudges like this have been poking at me and I just guess I have to trust
