Still as beautiful as the first time I saw her at 19❤at The Glam Slam in Minneapolis. She gave a warm smile sitting there that day signing autographs. Kirk says "for some reason everyone had the idea it [the baby's urn] was gone" and the hosts say nothing, just nod along when in actual fact the reason people thought that is because Mayte wrote it in her bestselling book. None of them acknowledging that is gaslighting the audience. The fans attacking people who point this and other discrepancies out are gaslighting too. If they truly cared about or loved Prince people would be more fair by questioning things or pointing out discrepancies. Instead everyone worships these people who were once around him, the ones who for a lot of fans can do no wrong (unlike Prince, who seems to always be the only one at fault). I don't think any of these podcasters actually care about or love Prince, it seems to be more about being in close proximity to people who were once in his orbit and doing anything to keep those relationships. I have no other explanation as to why they allow people to say anything without challenge. Now the same thing is happening with Charles and Londell, always praised but never questioned and make sure the other fans stay in line too. Who is actually in this FOR Prince?

That is DEFINITELY gaslighting the audience because that's all it is. It's gaslighting. The same thing that WB was doing to him for years & alot of these fools that were interviewed, especially Mayte, were nothing but spies. She snitched on him doing what he was doing & that's why alot of his projects would fail. People don't understand why this is important, but they're not seeing that Prince was trying to change the world for the better to the point that we didn't need money, but if we ran like that, companies like WB wouldn't exist, it would be irrelevant. What's wrong with having things being fair? You are totally right & the only reason that she did that is for power because she wants the power to be able to lie about him & make everything about herself since she is the one spiraling for the fact that Prince ain't left her anything & was blocking everything that she was trying to put out there while he was alive. ❤4 Mayte with this charity . Would the charity be able to give Aide & love to the animals that had to be removed from the Puerto Rico Zoo ? Those animals had to air lifted to Colorado animal sanctuary . They need still need help.

Prince is like a romance novel book. It's hard to put it down to do life stuff. He whispered music in my ear, that Rocked my world. So many great songs came from his heart, sometimes I can hear his heart crying through his vocals. Example, " Nothing compares to you " demo, recorded in a warehouse. What? Maybe one of his best songs. I wonder why he didn't release his version for over 30 years? He could of made a lot of dough on that one song. A really complicated man. But easy on the eyes. Nice new name for the charity, now you can giff prince singing those words with hand jesters on your website. Which he sang many times, "Live for love ".
Nice commerical.....i mean interview. In Mayte's defense ( for lack of a better term ), she's not doing anything different that 90% of anyone who ever brushed shoulders with Prince hasn't done, and continues to do to this day. This doesn't make what she's doing right, rather speaks to the human condition and opportunism. Prince was very guarded of his work and image, and most of the junk that these people are peddling would've never gotten Prince's approval when he was here with us. If you want to honor Prince, do so through the means by which he wanted us to receive him -- through his music, not candles, suspect charities, bobbleheads or any other crap that's being pushed by the moneygrabbers.

If Mayte would have truly continued the charity work even after they divorced years ago this would be believable….now it seems like a money grab. Since 1997 you haven’t heard her help anyone…but pets…. Now it’s love for the people….and helping people. Kinda hard to believe.

Manueala was granted ownership by the U.S. trademark division when Mayte couldn't prove she was the true owner of the name or charity at the time it was formed in 1997 nor had any involvement in its development with Prince until the rmrrademark was considered available for other entities to petition its use in commercial or charitable uses. Manuella, however proved she did develop the charity, was involved in promotion and instrumental in finding where to disburse funds to other charities and individuals. The trademark dispute went on for roughly the last 2 years. Until Mayte abandoned the process and forfeited it to Manuella. IS trademark courts awarded the word trademark to Manuella. The had already been awarded it years prior and showed proof she was using it as well as proved approval by Omar, Prince's brother. Manuella had no interests in the handprint symbol trademark nor the bank account that went with the original charity that was $2Million at the time in 2016, only the words Love For One Another. Neither did she have interest or pursue the money attached to the original charity that was abandoned in 2007, when Prince fired the attorney in control of charity, and other endeavors, for mismanagement of the lawsuit connected to the 3121 perfume. The L4OA records and bank accounts were lost in the attorney was fired ( those records and 52 more boxes were in that attorneys storage with the charities bank account of millions of dollars as well as real estate and off shore bank account records. Prince didn't have access or possession of, let alone knowledge they existed and apparently presumed all records were turned over to a new attorney of record. The charity, it's funds and the 52 boxes of legal records, other bank accounts, and property deeds were discovered through the estate probate after Prince's death. Manuela uses the Love 4 One Another trademark under her umbrella company In A Perfect World. She only uses for funds and donations specific to Prince's stated endeavors while he was living: providing music schools, classes and instruments to established schools so students can learn music and instrumentation. Former associates and current music teachers donate their time to some of these classes. Donations are also made to musicians in need and other charity subjects Prince had interested in. Her charity is 100% visible. She publicly shares where the account data including yhe $$ in the account donations recieved and and donations dispursed to the varying donation sites and instruments. Maytes charities do not. The 501(c) 3 status of the re-established L4OA charity has been unstable, questionable, and close to losing its status (if not lose or in probation status) under Tyka, Mayte, Kirk and Maytes sister (who no longer associates herself with the charity) board membership. The charity had no movement while the trademark dispute was in the courts for resolution. However, $8 million were donated. Of that, very little was disbursed in makeshift charitable funds in the last 2 years. You can fo d all this on the US TRADEMARK website, the Minnesota Court records, and various sites that display record of 501(c)3 transparency.

I know cause I have family down there that witness a lot of crap down there cause of it being so lax. And if the FBI wanted to arrest her, they would have more that a little bit of substantial evidence against her. She can't lie & the fact that she's harassed so many people for funds, even people that supported her at one point. She acts like she's been to prison, which I wouldn't be surprised if she was. And she has a violent temper, so her begging for funds line up with the way that she was treating her friends on Hollywood Exes, she has violent outbursts & even Mani said that Prince said that her & her mother would get violent when they wouldn't get what they want. Her asking for donations so frequently adds up to that along with posting about interviews & the way that she be posting about Prince. She wants people to remember that relationship when it was contractual, they didn't really get married, it was all for show.

I'm not sure what to think about some of the things that Mayte says... not only does the hand seem way too big but she did say that Amirs fingers were fused. A lot of hate tends to pop up for Mayte, invariably by people who simply can't stand the fact that is wasn't THEM married to Prince for all those years. Mayte could have gone any number of ways following the breakdown of her marriage. The fact she only seems to be displaying the love she does for the man speaks volumes about her. Direct all the vitriol towards Sinead O'Connor's bizarre, and very clearly flawed (if you have even a passing knowledge about Prince), fictitious stories about "Prince beat me up".
Nobody is jealous of the fact that they didn't have him, it's the fact that he died & she's lying on him. The relationship was also contractual as well, meaning that the marriage wasn't real, the marriage certificate doesn't even have a stamp nor the minister that 'married' them. Its so much more about their 'relationship' that was a lie. You don't anull someone for not being able to have kids. If that was the case, then why is it that he didn't have kids after her then? Has anyone else ever thought about that? Plus, she's not a good mother for what she puts her adopted kid through either, she's using her for her own gain to make people feel sorry for her & she even labeled her dead son, that wasn't even Prince's, as trivia. Then the other night, she said that she received the ashes later on after saying for years that Prince burned them, & also stated that she heard it from hearsay, meaning that she wasn't telling you facts, you know, what she kept saying about her book even though she keeps straying from said book. Even in the same night said that she was in her 20's dancing on stage with him, even though she swears that she was in her teens. Also before Prince passed away, he apologized to everyone except her & said that he wanted the world to take care of each other. But what she doing? Robbing his fans blind by telling lies & trying to find her non existent career. He wanted the world to function without money, but what she doing? Asking for money & putting out falsehoods about a dude who was about to sue her before he died & blocked her fake memoir in 2015.

There's so many stories over the years about Prince's life. So many people associated with him have been interviewed, podcasted, written books. They all tell different stories. I don't think any of them should be considered liars. They each have their own perspective and they each had a different relationship with him. Mayte is no more money grabbing than his hair stylist is. Sheila E., Wally Safford, Susanna Melvoin, Brownmark and plenty of others that knew him and worked with him have written books and "cashed in" on him. But Mayte is always the one that gets picked on. The marriage was over decades ago. Her memories are her own and no less valid than anyone else's. Leave her alone.

Nobody else announced a tell-all 3 months after he died to be released on the first anniversary of his death. Nobody else did that while there was an open murder investigation. Nobody else went on an international promotional run on the first anniversary of his death that resulted in 7 years & counting of - P being labelled a groomer & pedophile EVERYWHERE. Nobody else caused war in a decades old grieving fanbase on the first anniversary of his death. Nobody else told the world he burned his baby's urn then 7 years later very quietly said they found it. Manueala was granted ownership by the U.S. trademark division when Mayte couldn't prove she was the true owner of the name or charity at the time it was formed in 1997 nor had any involvement in its development with Prince until the rmrrademark was considered available for other entities to petition its use in commercial or charitable uses.
Manuella, however proved she did develop the charity, was involved in promotion and instrumental in finding where to disburse funds to other charities and individuals.
The trademark dispute went on for roughly the last 2 years. Until Mayte abandoned the process and forfeited it to Manuella. IS trademark courts awarded the word trademark to Manuella. The had already been awarded it years prior and showed proof she was using it as well as proved approval by Omar, Prince's brother.
Manuella had no interests in the handprint symbol trademark nor the bank account that went with the original charity that was $2Million at the time in 2016, only the words Love For One Another.
Neither did she have interest or pursue the money attached to the original charity that was abandoned in 2007, when Prince fired the attorney in control of charity, and other endeavors, for mismanagement of the lawsuit connected to the 3121 perfume.
The L4OA records and bank accounts were lost in the attorney was fired ( those records and 52 more boxes were in that attorneys storage with the charities bank account of millions of dollars as well as real estate and off shore bank account records.
Prince didn't have access or possession of, let alone knowledge they existed and apparently presumed all records were turned over to a new attorney of record.
The charity, it's funds and the 52 boxes of legal records, other bank accounts, and property deeds were discovered through the estate probate after Prince's death.
Manuela uses the Love 4 One Another trademark under her umbrella company In A Perfect World. She only uses for funds and donations specific to Prince's stated endeavors while he was living: providing music schools, classes and instruments to established schools so students can learn music and instrumentation. Former associates and current music teachers donate their time to some of these classes. Donations are also made to musicians in need and other charity subjects Prince had interested in.
Her charity is 100% visible. She publicly shares where the account data including yhe $$ in the account donations recieved and and donations dispursed to the varying donation sites and instruments.
Maytes charities do not.
The 501(c) 3 status of the re-established L4OA charity has been unstable, questionable, and close to losing its status (if not lose or in probation status) under Tyka, Mayte, Kirk and Maytes sister (who no longer associates herself with the charity) board membership.
The charity had no movement while the trademark dispute was in the courts for resolution.
However, $8 million were donated. Of that, very little was disbursed in makeshift charitable funds in the last 2 years.
You can fo d all this on the US TRADEMARK website, the Minnesota Court records, and various sites that display record of 501(c)3 transparency.

Asking for money & putting out falsehoods about a dude who was about to sue her before he died & blocked her fake memoir in 2015.

There's so many stories over the years about Prince's life. So many people associated with him have been interviewed, podcasted, written books. They all tell different stories. I don't think any of them should be considered liars. They each have their own perspective and they each had a different relationship with him. Mayte is no more money grabbing than his hair stylist is. Sheila E., Wally Safford, Susanna Melvoin, Brownmark and plenty of others that knew him and worked with him have written books and "cashed in" on him. But Mayte is always the one that gets picked on. The marriage was over decades ago. Her memories are her own and no less valid than anyone else's. Leave her alone.
