    I make a dandelion summer salad with dandelions, yellow apples, fresh mint and cucumbers, I can add pineapple bits fresh and blueberries. The fruit makes it delicious . Thank you for the nutrional value of dandelion leaves.

    I'm reluctant to harvest them from the lawn, but have grown them in pots. Prefer Italian dandelion. Steamed with wine vinegar and salt. In soupsand stews. As greens with potatoes. And yes, better than spinach.

      Dandelion tea can be stored in the fridge for a few days, usually up to 3-4 days. To keep it fresh, place it in a sealed container or jar :)

      @@tazz3663 Yes, you can dry dandelion leaves for later use. Drying dandelion leaves is a common way to preserve them for use in herbal teas, salads, and other dishes.

    • @dr.eilbrayounan
      @dr.eilbrayounan  6 месяцев назад

      Great question! The recommended serving size for dandelion leaves typically ranges from 1 to 2 cups per serving, depending on personal preference and the recipe you are using. Hope that helps!
